Terrible quality and customer service
Avoid at all cost!!!!The flowers delivered were no where near the photos on their websiteThey just gave bad quality flowers and leftovers from Mother’s Day to customers

No confirmation, no phone, no email reply
Just ordered some flowers, never got a confirmation e-mail. Thankfully I took a print screen. Flowers were supposed to be delivered in the morning, I even payed more for the delivery, I got no notice if they were. No contact information. I send an email and no reply. Very disappointing.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable
The earlier review is 100% accurate. I had exactly the same experience as follows: The website does not have a contact number, the address is just a virtual office address. After placing an order, if you make an email enquiry, no reply at all, Even there was no notice to the sender after flower delivery, The most disgraceful thing is that the flower styles received are vastly different from the online pictures.

Not reliable....
Placed order online, but receive no response until a day later after delivery, It's a disappointing experience. Flowers are nice, but the way how they conduct business needs improvement. Indeed they do mess up the whole surprise experience! Because I end up had to call the recipient to confirm the delivery even though I've tried many times with the company since the beginning of the order to the morning of the next day. There is no phone number, no email response.

Premium Florist with Luxe Arrangements
I was looking for something very luxury for a special occasion for my wife in Hong Kong. I found Petal & Poem listed on several recommendation websites, and I'm glad I did. I chose the Florist's Choice bouquet, chose the pink colour tone I wanted, made a very seamless online order on their website, and my wife received the most stunning flower bouquet featuring peonies and roses and ranunculus to celebrate our anniversary. You could choose a delivery timeslot, and the flowers arrived on time by a courteous delivery person.
