Think carefully!
I have had recent issues with the New Zealand / Australian branches of this global network. There are numerous extremely negative complaints on their Trustpilot sites about this service provider.The UK site is simpler and easier to navigate. This might be because M&S is still great value for similar products. They offer 2 options for flowers, i.e. Standard and Classic, and 3 options for the chocolates and bears, i.e. small, medium or large. However, the images they use are exactly the same for the different sizes and price options. There is no visual comparisons or written information that allows you to see what you are actually getting for your money if you upsize / upgrade your order. The only positive aspect of the UK branch of this network is that it has an email option to report concerns which the NZ & Oz Branches do not have. This will allow you to send an image of your very poor arrangement of flowers or challenge the size of the large (£24.95) box of chocolates, if you are compelled to pay that much.
