Sales to delivery was a great experience. All of our questions were answered and we got the products that best suited our home. my wife met the delivery people and they took extra time setting up our pool table and arcade machine to maximize the gaming area. Just to note the delivery was 2.75 hours from the store and they arrived at the time they set up, no waiting around. Peters was very easy to work with from start to finish!
We were greeted right away when we entered and offered popcorn (a personal favorite). Sales staff checked in as we browsed the store. Rhonda was extremely helpful when we found a chair we were interested in, explaining the different finishes and fabrics we could get with our kitchen barstools. She was also helpful when I had questions after our purchase and before the barstools arrived.

I am very happy with my purchase of chairs, table and umbrella. When I ordered it last fall, my salesman was very helpful in helping me find the perfect set for me. The delivery people were excellent!

We recently (over past 6 months) purchased stools for our kitchen island, two Strssless chairs, some unique end tables and a painting from Peter’s. We received wonderful assistance with each purchase, did not feel pressured and received great design advice on pulling everything together with our existing decor. If you value honesty and great service, you will not be disappointed! 😊
Peter’s has the best quality outdoor furniture and casual game room furniture around with great staff to help you choose. We love to go to browse and dream about that pool table that won’t fit in our house…
Love the shuffleboard table we got, the installers were super friendly and worked to ensure the table was level. The reason the review is not five stars is the cabinet installation wasn't the quality we have come to expect from Peter's. Where the two ends of the shuffleboard table come together, there is a noticeable and uneven seam on both the fabric and the wood where the two ends meet. Beautiful product and friendly staff, but the workmanship of installation wasn't what we'd expect of a $5k table. In the end, the table "works" and the game is fun. However, the table is such a beautiful piece of furniture it is unfortunate that it has such a glaring appearance issue.
Scheduling of delivery was very easy and team showed up at the designated time. Team was respectful and professional during their time in our house doing the setup. Will definitely do business with Peters Billards again

Peter's Billiards has the greatest sales and delivery service we've ever experienced; their professional, experienced, efficient, friendly setup team provided us with tips on how to care for maintain our 8 foot pool table and 16 foot shuffle board. The whole family is thrilled, they're all looking forward to shooting pool and playing shuffle board on holidays, celebrations, and BBQs.
I can't say enough about good things about the service and the staff at Peter's Billiards. We have purchased bar stools and a TV cabinet and couldn't be happier. The price was fair and very high quality product. We'll be back.
Service was great. Peters had what I was looking for in stock. A quick trip to the warehouse to pick up my chairs. Everyone there was super helpful. We have enjoyed our new chairs on the dock.
