1800flowers and such typically deliver inferior products and have service unfamiliar with Manhattan. Peters delivers quality product and does it well

Exceeded my hopes
I made this order from out-of-state, relying only on location and online reviews. So really, this was a leap of faith. The flowers were delivered within two hours of my order and my daughter loved them. She immediately sent a photo along with an excited thank you text that brimmed with enthusiasm. The arrangement was lovely. The whole process was next to effortless and the results were better than expected.

Flowers didn't last long
I sent flowers to my friend last week.Flowers were pretty. Colorful. But didn't really last long. I sent it Monday and flowers started to wither around Thursday and totally dead Saturday :( I wish it could have lasted a little longer like the ones I usually get from another company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
My friend sent me roses and after a couple of days, the roses died. Fresh roses are meant to last for at least a week. After paying a high price for the roses, one should expect the roses to be at least fresh. My roses lasted only 2-3 days. I called the manager to reconcile the situation, but they informed me that hey have a 24 hour policy, if something is wrong. How am I suppose to know the flowers will die? They did not send any food for the flowers. The roses were extremely expensive, and the customer service is extremely rude. I will never order from this place again, or have my friends and family order from here. Please save your money, they are better flower shops, to shop from.

I have purchased flowers from Peters Flowers over the years ever since I worked in the area. The arrangements are beautiful but the service is exceptional! They make sure you, you get what you want and will work around your needs. They are courteous and professional!

the best set of flowers ever sent!!!!!!!
I am very happy with the flowers I sent my girlfriend at work she said there was a lone walking in her office looking at them and the smell as of a week later the smell ia still there and not at all wilted. Christina's boss is going to order a bunch for the tables for her husbands b day party I will only shop there again when buying flowers in the city I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FLOREST BEST PLACE IN THE CITY!!!!!!!

Talented in both design and customer service
Each time I've used Peter's, they have created a classy, unique floral gift . Their website makes ordering easy and they include free Manhattan delivery when its utilized. When I call, they pay attention to my requests and always deliver quality. Most importantly, my wife loves receiving flowers from Peters in her office.

Great Job
I am fairly new to New York and needed to send some flowers to my partner (no special occasion). I found Peters Flowers online, felt the website was easy to look at selections and found the perfect arrangement. When I got home, I first thought "these are nice but wish they were more full". Over the next 5 days the flowers were still opening up and the arrangement looked better and better each day. It was so nice to have the flowers open up and still look great day after day. I am 100 percent satisfied with the flowers

The finest service you can find.
I ordered an arrangement and it was fulfilled beautifully with one minor snafu. I brought it to their attention and they rectified the discrepancy immediately with polite and friendly service. There is a reason this shop has been around since 1937. Go local and keep them going. I will be coming back for a long time.

Done right the first time
This was my first experience with Peters. I needed a high quality plant delivered to my wife's office that day. Jon was extremely helpful in choosing the right piece for the occasion. The plant was delivered quicker than expected that morning and it was beautiful. My wife still gets compliments on it. I would definitely use Peters again.

Flowers were awfully small for $70
I love Peter's Flowers generally and been using them for years. I recently sent a $70 little square box to my fiance, and her reaction was that she was suprised I spent more than $30. I didn't see them, but that's obviously not the reaction I was looking for. Also very happy that you are using a service for review feedback like this, since this is feedback I wouldn't want to post publicly because I generally have good experiences with Peter's.

Amazing!
I purchased flowers from Peter's for my husband. To my surprise and delight, the cube that the flowers were in was filled with rocks which made the arrangement masculine. Additionally, the flowers were fresh and have lasted beautifully all week. Peter's is the only florist in NYC that I trust!

Surprised to be disappointed this time
Peter's is my go-to florist for nearly 20 years. They're more expensive than other options but I like that they're a local independent business and their results are always show stopping. Always worth every penny, including the steep delivery fee from blocks away. Until this order. I placed an order for a tropical arrangement of white and green orchids, purple calas, and orange tropical flowers. The arrangement that arrived was white orchids, various color lillies, purple calas, and dark blue hydrangea. It was a mish mash of tropical flora and English garden. This is the first time I've been less than thrilled so I'm sure it's just a fluke. I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made but would have appreciated a call for such drastic changes. I will order again based on previous experiences and recommend to others.
