I ordered a animal travel bag in august 2022 and another in oct 2022. The money has been charged on the account and i never received the bags. let alone the second bag I didn't even get the confirmation email. Ive written numerous email with no response and like other customers says there is no phone or anyway to reach them. This is total FRAUD. i ordered the same bag from Harrods and had them the next day. don't ever use this site.

Writing on behalf of the cat - he is very happy with the service provided. Well packed, delivered quickly, good products, good choice. I had contact with the customer service once in regards to the delivery service they use. They have been incredibly friendly and helpful.
I too ordered a large pet bed on 24 August 2020.All e mails undeliverable, contact phone not recognised.Who can I contact to investigate or highlight.
Ordered large pet bed on 25 / 8/ 20 have sent about ten emails to petstore about my dogbed and heard nothing from them .there is no contact number to call them on.customer service is a joke i will not buy anything again from them .if anybody has an other email address or phone number to contact them could you put it thanks
Delivery was not too long and product was ok
Wont cancel an order just hours after it was put in, even though it wont be shipped for another day or two.
