Took my car in for a paintwork repair. The team at Piccadilly motors are exemplary. Jonathan who did the estimate for the repair was brilliant. My insurance company wanted me to take the car somewhere else, but I insisted on Piccadilly motors as I bought a 25 plate loan car from them. This decision meant my excess was increased by £250. The repair is perfect and the service team couldn't be bettered.Well worth the extra. Repair completed in just over a day and provided a loan car

Sales team were great. Forget it if you want things repairing under the 7 year warranty though. They’ll constantly lead with trying to charge you £150 for inspection of a fault. Never again dealing with these cowboys. There’s much more customer focused car sales elsewhere.

Purchased a new Sportage from Piccadilly Motors. What an easy and pleasant experience. Darren was our sales contact he was excellent, no pushing us into making a decision, very friendly and dealing with him was a delight. The main man also had a chat with us ( not about the sale just a friendly chat) he was so down to earth we hadn't even realised he was the big boss. I would recommend anybody wanting to investigate buying a kia to visit this garage.

Excellent Service Team at Wrenthorpe
While the Sales Team at Wrenthorpe may have communication problems, the Service Team go above and beyond what is required of them.As a 'mechanical idiot' I was unhappy with the sound my car was making and so-called in to see if anyone was available to listen to the engine.Although they were busy with cars already booked in, they took time out to have a listen to my engine which of course was fine !Despite probably thinking 'Poor old soul' they never once let it show and even insisted a mechanic went with me for a quick run to make sure they had not missed anything.The mechanic in the car could not have been more supportive. I lost count of the number of times I apologized for wasting his time but he was totally unfazed and simply said, "These things happen", and told me to bring it back if it happened again.As a retired Customer Services Manager I know I am very critical of standards of service but the Service Team at Wrenthorpe went far beyond what I expected - or deserved - and I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone for any servicing or motoring problems.

I bought my car from Piccadilly motors last year and was particularly impressed with the sales team. Took it back for service which was efficiently and promptly carried out. I want to give a special mention to the manager Adam who kindly removed some marks from my car headliner. He also gave me some other , very helpful,car related advice. Highly recommended and would have been a 5 were it not for the fact that i'm still waiting fro a quote for some body work repairs.
