An organic search of "online doctors who accept Medicare" had PlushCare as the top result. I set an appointment, and the doctor never showed up. While getting a refund, I was told my initial charges were so high because they do not accept Medicare. What a joke!!!!!!! Avoid these frauds.
I tried to schedule my appointment for 3/28/26, and it scheduled me for noon today. I canceled the appointment within 5 minutes and was told I’d be charged $75.00 for a late cancellation. I don’t think that’s fair.
Doctor was fantastic. Service was flawless. Was in US from UK and needed a doctor. Worked great.

After treating myself with other the counter medications with no relief for a few days, and my doctor's office closed on Saturday and I was sick (head full of congestion, coughing, and non stop drainage) Energy level was vey low and sleep was almost impossible. My wife went to the Walgreens Clinic online and booked a video visit thru PlushCare. They took my insurance and I had a small co-pay. Dr. Ragland was easy to talk to, he understood my symptoms and called in an antibiotic. When your sick and don't have the energy to go to the doctors, this is your best option.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not use this company! Direct violations of the federal CURES act refusing to release lab results in a timely fashion. No followup. Do not recommend.

Unauthorized charge for lab work when I have my own insurance and had the labs done at Quest. 1 doctor I have been seeing is late in a regular basis. Last time 1 hr and 30 min late. Saw another Dr regarding lab results. This woman had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I could have just had a conversation with my self.

Everything went wrong.First the doctor did not show up to my available opened window and said that I did not come to the appointment. So they rebooked me for a later time. This time I had to switch browsers to match the doctors. I did. I finally saw the doctor at the alloted time and he quickly told me he could not really see me because he was in a different state!!!Are you kidding me??? I give Plushcare a BIG ZERO!
There are available appointments and doctors anytime I need them. Convenient appointment times for me and not the doctor.
