This "business" is currently refusing to ship already pressed and already paid for vinyls to a small artist in California that I have personally paid into the fund for.. DO NOT USE. A total disgrace.
The quality of the vinyls are good but the response from them is very bad and slow. It is normal for them to not respond to your email for 2-3 weeks, and by emailing them again several times, finally they will email you back saying that “i didn't notice your email was in their spam folder”, or “something was wrong with our computer”.You will need to do this conversation multiple times, so be patient!
The best in the business! Friendly reps, good turnarounds, amazing quality, and a complete ownership of anything that goes wrong even after it leaves their hand- mistakes happen no matter who you work with, so what matters is how they handle it! I press all of my vinyl these days with PRP.
