Exactly as other reviews have…

Exactly as other reviews have described, no product received, no refund and seller ghosted me. Pursued for one year and got nowhere.

Ordered but nothing delivered.

I ordered a planter in August and was last contact was in October. Nothing was delivered and emails and phone calls got no response. However reclaiming our money through the credit card in the last month was easy to do.

Irate From Leeds

Placed order then wished to amend. Despite 4 phone calls and 15 emails over a 8 day period no contact or response was forthcoming. Then exercised my right to cancel after 13 days but again no response to this email request. I Now have my bank on it to recover the funds through their complaints procedure. still no contact from Premier Wooden Planters. They are a disgrace

Just an update. Some people have asked if anyone has received a refund through PayPal. Yes I did. Was very quick and straightforward.

Terrible company

Same as the other reviews. Ordered a planter 3 weeks ago. Never heard anything and tried to phone them but just got taken to voicemail. Tried emailing also but got no reply. Now trying to claim back via a PayPal dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Don't order from.this company

Don't order from.this company. I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. No planter, no communication, no response to emails or phone calls. I have raised a case with PayPal and will be taking this further.

Please do not purchase from this…

Please do not purchase from this company. I haven't received my order which was placed in July. I have tried calling and emailing and have heard nothing from them. If they are busy they need to stop taking orders and communicate with clients who have already made an order.

No goods, no refund, no replies to emails and resisted the bank asking for refund

I was very disappointed having found a site that I really wanted to buy from. I believed the "small team" line and had a lot of patience with the lack of replies to emails. After several months when I finally realised I was never going to get anything for the money I had already paid I asked to cancel (they say they are happy to refund if the wait time is too long). Not just did they not reply to requests for refund, they also turned down the request from the bank to cancel! Luckily my bank persevered and managed to reclaim the payment but they had my money for months and never once did I manage to get through to them or get a reply.

Avoid this company at all costs as they…

Avoid this company at all costs as they are con-men. Have paid £950 for 3 planters with the delivery promised within 2 weeks. Nothing arrived and now not responding to any emails or phone calls. They are trading fraudulently. Have applied for a County Court Judgement against them for the recovery of the money

After reading these reviews I was worried about my pending order, I emailed the company explaining my situation and a guy called Mike quickly explained the situation and said he would deliver my order within the week, he kept to his word and delivered on a Sunday, AMAZING service and AMAZING product.They are obviously flat out and working really hard making a great affordable product.Thank you Mike

Absolute fraud

Seems like a trend here. Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered and paid early April 2021 with the expectation I would have my order delivered in 4 weeks. I have sent multiple emails following up and received a single response in July saying I would get my product in a weeks time. Still nothing. Let’s recall this is some wood and paint at the end of the day, not quantum mechanics or the next SpaceX product.Unbelievable. I will be escalating and reporting the fraudulent behaviour to the relevant authorities.

Pretty useless as a company …

Same experience as other recent customers, ordered end April 2021, invoice sent and paid 3 May. Promised delivery in 3-4 weeks. Nothing happened, despite repeated emails I was unable to make any contact. Then eventually on 30 June received an email to say that they could not deliver that week but definitely would the following week. Still no delivery and no contact. Now pursuing the cancellation by email and letter and next step will be local trading standards department and legal action if no refund is forthcoming. I appreciate that there are difficulties with supplies but this is now beyond a joke.

We ordered some planters at the start of April and then heard absolutley nothing. They initially ignored all emails and phone calls for 8 weeks.Mike finally responded to an email and actually told me off for having placed an order because he was busy!He promised to deliver the planters a fortnight later but then missed that deadline. We were then promised a new delivery date the following week, but also missed that deadline.There was then no attempt to contact us to explain what was happening or to let us know what was going on with our order.He also then ignored all further emails and phone calls from us as we tried to work out what our options were.We eventually gave up and logged a PayPal dispute, which by the look of other reviews on Google etc., is a route that quite a few other people have had to take.I genuinely don't know if this is a real company or a scam. If it is a real company, then their customer service is absolutley atrocious. Just some basic, useful, honest and accurate communication would have helped...even if it was just in the form of an auto reply on email or an answer phone message. That's really basic stuff and not hard to set up.Trust pilot forced me to give this review one star before I could post it. If I could give my experience less, then I would have. We've had 11 weeks of being ignored, lied to and then ignored again...and we still dont have any planters at the end of it all.If you like a bit of risk and fancy throwing some money into the abyss and seeing what happens, then this might be the guy for you. If you actually want some planters, I'd probably advise trying somewhere else.

Ordered 7 weeks, promised to deliver, completed avoided all calls and emails! His name is Mike. He is a fraudster!!!! Worst customer service ever!!

I ordered a planter on 29/04/21. They have taken the payment and I still have not received it.I have emailed 3 times and phoned and left messages asking for a refund Nobody has replied.Disgusting customer service

Excellent Service

I ordered two 60cm square wood stained planters , was advised that they were very busy and make take longer to make than 2 weeks as stated on website . Despite this Mike kept me updated and even delivered the planters to me on a Sunday evening . Planters are excellent , size colour and description , quality build , exactly as website. They are very busy for a good reason
