Beware of the ‘dedicated rep’…
Beware of the ‘dedicated rep’ experience they advertise. My Client Experience Specialist, Katrina, was largely unresponsive throughout my order. When a cover page error occurred, I was told it was entirely my fault for approving the proof — conveniently leaving out that there were already flagged concerns with my file that Katrina never bothered to communicate to me directly. No call. No email. Just silence, and then blame.I understand that proof approval carries responsibility, but when a specialist is aware of flagged issues and stays silent, placing all the blame on the customer is poor service. A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews. Proceed with caution and follow up proactively — don’t assume your rep will. ∙ Scott

Our experience was POOR. The product came in with crooked cuts (sometimes showing registration marks on the covers!), dirty dried material of unknown origin on the covers, white spots where ink didn't fully coat colored surfaces, and dogears. These products were NOT professional and not customer-worthy.The capper was that when we mentioned the problem, we were treated with disrespect. If you don't believe us, look them up on Yelp.

The quality of the calendars I ordered was excellent! Customer service was very helpful (and patient), answering any questions I had as I was creating my product and order. I appreciated the paper samples that contributed to my decision making about the calendar I was making. They sent me a digital calendar to use with marketing, etc. while I waited for my calendars to arrive. I will certainly use them again!
