I purchased the Beagle 2 back in November, went to turn the bike on and would not power on. I emailed support with the issue. Received an email regarding the issue with step by step check list and to submit videos and pictures to help diagnose the problem. Had a response in a timely manner with information about the issue and they informed me parts are being sent to fix the problem. Customer service 10/10

I purchased a Boxer ST and Samoyed Puckipuppy bikes

I purchased a Boxer ST Puckipuppy bike, and then a week later bought a second bike, Samoyed Puckipuppy bike for my wife. Both bikes arrived well-packaged in a box and were very easy to assemble. We’ve already put quite a few miles on them and are enjoying them very much.The company goes above and beyond with everything they advertise, and the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Puckapuppy to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike!

Exceeds expectations and service with a problem was great

Purchasing the bike was easy and the bike performs exactly as I hoped. I'm 60 and live at the top of a steep long hill. I wanted the assist to help me get back home from down in the valley. It does that perfectly. I try to use the electric assist as little as possible to get the benefits of a good work out. It's nice to ride until I am exhausted and then know I have help getting back home if needed. I would highly recommend these bikes. The quality is great and so are all the accessories.Putting it together was easy. I did have a small problem, my front tire had a slow leak, it would go flat overnight. I contacted them and sent photos. The rushed me a new front tire and tube. The did the right thing with no hassle. Would buy again, and will, when the weather gets nicer get one for my wife.

My E-bike purchase

From the initial process of ordering my bike to receiving it, every step was simple and accurate. My bike arrived in perfect condition though the outer protective packaging showed some damage. Great Job!

Purchased 2 Boxer ST models can’t return

Purchased 2 Boxer ST models. I think the bikes are great. I should have read the return policy better. The bikes are too heavy and hard for older people to get on and off. I would like to return or exchange but they charge a hefty fee for returning. Anyway it was up to me to get all the return details and I failed to do so. I live 1 hour from a store and they do not allow returns to the store either. So I will have to try and sell on marketplace myself.

No warranties. "Brand new" broken parts are your problem.

My order was placed on Amazon.com however all customer service is dealt with directly through Puckipuppy.com. This is my Amazon ORDER # 114-8401474-8650631. And the order was 12/02/2024. But, false negotiations and promises to remedy the situation with on in to the Spring of 2025. PuckiPuppy needs a zero stars choice or negative ratings. The customer service I experienced; the broken and used pieces I was sent; the lies I was told; the false advertisements that were posted; and the blatant disregard this company has for its own policies is ridiculous and disturbing. Lastly the hopes one has to jump through to "prove" their is a problem with their bike is utterly ridiculous. All that confirmation of proof is designed to discourage you from getting results from customer service. For every inquiry I had, I needed still photos and video of the problem that I was reporting. When I told them the bike was too big for me as a person who is 5'2" and to heavy for me to use properly as a folding bike. I was met with all of the aforementioned resistance. (My feet do not touch the ground and the bike has no kick stand. Additionally, the handlebars are so far out of my reach that it gives me backspasms and causes the seat to tilt all the down and forward, which is very dangerous. It forces me to fall of the seat. Even though, the first thing I had to report to them was the malfunctioning neck of the handlebars the folding clip didn't operate and still doesn't. I was offered a new neck bar for th handlebars but they never told me how to send it back. At one point, I was offered to send the bike back but I needed ALL of the original packaging, this was more than 6 weeks after I got received the dual battery Puckipuppy Husky with 100 mile range for my birthday. I sure never have had to build the entire bike because I was offered professional build after I told them about the neck to handlebars and had more questions about the extremely complex build that was advertised with video as proof of how easy it is to assemble. There is so much more in the end, I was offered $300 or $400 to keep a bike that is broken, to big too for me, unsafe for me ride, too heavy to transport, that I cannot without muscle damage, the seat is too high, and it cost $1,500 + $400 shipping for a bike that was suppose replace my short distance daily transportation. That refund wouldn't cover any cost of another new bicycle that is safe for for me. And, what is worst is that Puckipuppy has a 3 year service agreement or warranty on the model tricycle that I have.

The bike Is amazing

I got the beagle model and the bike Is amazing I utilize it for my daily commute to work and everywhere else I need to go in the city, living in Florida the bike holds up wonderfully to the weather as well. It maintains a good speed on the 5th pass setting can take you up to 32 mph and can hold a good amount of weight too and after putting 1000+ miles on it it still holds up beautifully I've had only one issue and it was with the control screen and customer support was a great help and quickly shipped me a replacement, any and all customer service I've had is top notch.

ALERT

ALERT: You better be a mechanic when the bike brakes because you’re only going to get emails every 3-4 days for a situation that could be solved in 5 minute conversation. Also, all that tech went into this bike and the light falls off??

TERRIBLE AND UNSUPPORTED PRODUCTMADE IN CHINA AND A SIMPLE AND SMALL RUBBER BATTERY CAP HAS TO COME FROM CHINA , NOW IMAGEN???? IM WAITING FOR THAT PART FOR 2 WEEKS AND STILL DONT HAVED IT They just respond but with the copy and paste massage, same as everyone, what a company , you areDealing with a communist controlled country, what do you expect!!!

Best bike for quality and price

Great bike, great design, solid quality. We've had our for almost 2 years now and have absolutely no regrets. After doing a lot of research, Puckipuppy was the best choice for quality and price. Their customer service team responded quick with only 1 inquiry I had when installing the bikes. Two years later, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

My order issue - but Puckipuppy made it easy.

I had a great experience with my bike order. I made an error on ordering and I ordered the wrong bike for my wife. I contacted Puckipuppy but their ordering and ship process is so quick, the bikes were shipped before I could change the order. That was all my fault. When the two bikes were delivered, I contacted them and arranged to ship one of the bikes back then received the one I should have ordered for my wife. What a mess I caused. Puckipuppy was prompt and helpful throughout the process. My wife and I are enjoying are new ebikes and the new freedom to travel further and enjoy our bike paths. Thanks Puckipuppy!!!

I'm so happy that I chose the husky…

I'm so happy that I chose the husky Plus I'm disabled that can barely walk half of my life is in a wheelchair or using a walker I rode my bike yesterday for the first time and it was so easy to get on and off I felt so safe on it it was so sturdy and just an amazing bike I had a couple small issues that happened during transit but it's fine because customer support was amazing I did exactly what they told me to do take pictures of what was missing what was wrong and not even 48 hours later my stuff is in the mail like seriously I'm so freaking happy and I can't wait to the weather breaks cuz I'm in Chicago and to be able to just enjoy the freedom and the great customer service and support that I've got so far and the product my bike is freaking amazing I love it I love it

6 month review- Pukipuppy Golden R…

I’ve been owned the Pukipuppy Golden R e-bike for about while now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. The ride quality is awesome — it feels smooth, stable, and really easy to control whether I’m cruising around town or riding on rougher roads. There is plenty of power!The battery life is another big win. I can ride for a long time without constantly worrying about charging, and it easily lasts through longer trips. I am able to ride lonnger than my friends between charges.On top of that, Pukipuppy’s customer service has been excellent. They’re quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Anytime I had a question, they were friendly and fast with answers, which is honestly rare these days.Overall, the Golden R is a great e-bike — smooth to ride, solid battery life, and great responsive customer support. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and reliable e-bike.

Puckipuppy teview

I use my Beagle e bike for mostly rough mountain terrain. It has performed flawlessly. I lost the battery charging port plug while riding. Customer service was easy to work with and exceeded expectations. Would definitely buy another.

Very comfortable ride compared to other…

Very comfortable ride compared to other e-trikes.Suspension is great, very good ride.Rear differential makes turns much smoother.Installation went smoothly, all electronics and brakes were factory connected. No damaged parts upon arrival due to excellent packing.Cardboard container was glued, stapled, and taped!

Purchased two bikes

Purchased two bikes, Bulldog and Boxer ST, so far we love the looks and ride. we live in a hilly area and both bikes handle the hills with no problem. The downside, the Bulldog is huge, they claim for 5'4" to 6'4" but no way. I am 5'10" and can barely get on it. The stepover height is 33" so unless you have a 35" inseam it is hard to stand over the crossbar. Second, the quality assurance is bad. The Bulldog was shipped with a bad display (wouldn't power up) and a bent chainring. Customer service was ok but every email was a 24 hour turn around, don't believe the working hours because this is an overseas company. After several weeks they did send new parts and I was able to get the bike in working order. If not for the QA and slow customer service I would give 5 stars.

PuckiPuppy has been great

Just got the bikes. We purchased 2 Beagle2 bikes. So far they have been great and great fun to ride. Really powerful and responsive. Seem to be made well and was very simple to do the minimal assembly that was required. We had also ordered 2 extra batteries. We received batteries for the wrong bike model. Customer service was very responsive in correcting the problem and getting the correct batteries out to us.

Excellent product and truly excellent customer support.I had an issue with my bike that turned out to be a fork problem. The support team worked with me professionally and efficiently, and they sent a replacement fork promptly. I installed it myself, and the bike now rides perfectly.What really stood out was how well the situation was handled — clear communication, no runaround, and a genuine effort to make things right. That kind of support matters, especially with a larger purchase like an e-bike.I’m very happy with both the bike and the company behind it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Puckipuppy to others.

My husband ordered a bike on 12/8

My husband ordered a bike on 12/8, and it was set to be delivered on 12/15. It was not delivered. So, after multiple calls to reach customer service, the girl sounds like she is home and just woke up. After talking to her and her telling us to call FedEx, we did, and they said you guys needed to update your ticket with a day and time for them to pick it up. We then called your place back and got the same rude person. She said How can I help Again, I just talked to you. We tried to explain to her what FedEx said. She said no, so we called FedEx again, and then you called her back. She then said, "Ok, it will be done." We have been checking on it and calling. I called again last night to be told it would finally be updated, and she would have something expedited to us. This is the same one that sounds half asleep, and kids running around. We got an email this morning saying it had been lost in transit and is now on backorder, but we could get a bike alarm for the inconvenience whenever the bike is back in stock in January. This solves nothing!! I called to ask if there was anything that could be done, and I was told no. I wondered if I could speak to a manager or someone who could help me, but she said no again; they are only available via email. I told her this is not acceptable and that I really needed to talk to someone to help, and she said I told you yesterday there was no one you could talk to I told her No, you did not and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back to get another person, but I had to leave a voicemail. Someone called back and said I would have TO SEND AN EMAIL. No one could help ME over the phone. This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever had. I usually don't write negative things because I am a nurse and, before that, I worked as a waitress, so I know how people can be, but this is so wrong. This was a Christmas gift purchased at the beginning of the month, and we have been trying to get it resolved this entire time, but no one has helped us. It is not right.
