Careful with this app. They are taking double payments for one reading or taking out payments even when a reading is not done

The reader was too quick
The reader was very quick, and sounded like I was interrupting their day or something, took no time in tapping into any energy, answered my question (though I do not know if it was the correct advice because it was so fast) and when I asked other questions, because I'd paid for a 20min reading, they just repeated the answer of my other question. I found out why this was, because if the reading is 5min and under, you can't leave them a review on the site so you have no way of warning others

I would give purple gardens a try you won't regret it
I would recommend using purple garden find the right advisor for you the on I use I'm really happy with she give me great guidance and direction.. Give it a try you won't be disappointed

My experience with Purple Garden has been positive so far. The advisers I've spoken with have been very insightful, intuitive, and understanding, (and hopefully accurate, but only time will tell), and the customer service team has never let me down when there is a problem.

Inaccurate and unhelpful
The predictions and readings are inaccurate, wasn’t helpful. Don’t put so much trust into this website. I emailed their customer service. Merivia, the representative, messaged me back- “We do not give refunds on Purple Garden since we do not guarantee what the advisors say, the advice that they give or any circumstances, outcomes or predictions. While we do take our business very seriously, Purple Garden is for entertainment only.” Proven here, the rep said it’s for entertainment only. If you want prove of the conversation, please let me know. It’s still in my email.
