I’m disappointed with my experience
I’m disappointed with my experience. The item I ordered arrived damaged, with glue and tissue stuck to the front, making it unusable.I returned the item and have since received a refund, which I appreciate. However, I also sent a separate enquiry email regarding the issue and was completely ignored - no acknowledgement or response at all.While the refund was processed, the lack of communication and customer service was very poor and left me feeling that customer concerns are not a priority.

Great service and quality product
I had such a great experience shopping with Pushka. They were so helpful when I was choosing which handles to go for, and even created a mock-up so I could see how they would look on my cabinets. When the handles arrived, I was so impressed - the quality is amazing and they really elevate the look of my kitchen. Thank you, Pushka!

First bought handles from them in 2022. They are excellent, absolutely no issues at all. They sometimes wait for stock to come in but my experience is, if you ring them they will advise. Just bought more door handles and knobs for cupboards; they match the originals and are better made than competitors in my experience
