Hazel was helpful at every turn. We worked through every issue abs it included a lot of emails. She never tired of me. The company showed rapidly and everything had arrived undamaged. Only problem was the Gc-5 radio that came with problems and they compensated wil for that.

My issue was with Loyalty points that I messed up and they immediately fixed it with no hassle...can't ask for more than that. I've needed customer service help 2 times with Radioddity. I have heard online that thier Customer Service is great - and I agree! I will continue to look here first when shopping for radio gear.

Excellent customer service. Radioddity website states they will respond to email within 24 hours and they did. I emailed them with a shipping issue on my radio. The next day I received an email from Hazel who had been assigned to my issue. She had researched my issue, responded with a solution, and committed to follow the shipment until it was delivered. I will continue to do business with Radioddity because of product quality, competitive prices and after order customer service.

I made a mistake ordering another product and ended up doubling the first order. I sent a customer service request on a Sunday and got a response within 30 minutes. The order was corrected and I was credited in a very expeditious manner. I don't like getting email notifications from vendors but I'm keeping yours because you folks have good deals and see on top of your game.

I have been a satisfied customer of Radioddity for at least 10 years. Customer Service responds promptly and is very interested in your satisfaction with their products. I once had a battery that failed and it was replaced rapidly and with no cost to me. They have a very responsible team that will solve any question you would have about their products.

My previous review was not flattering
My previous review was not flattering. The complaint was customer support, or the lack of it. I purchased a radio and within 2 weeks had an issue with a failing microphone. I made several contacts with them with no response, which was totally opposite of previous communication. They did finally respond and explained they were closed on holiday, and offered a solution for the issue. I accepted their offer and it was handled within 24 hours. They accepted my feedback and agreed to adjust some of their input. Things happen. It's about how they are handled. Once we were communicating again, they responded positively and responsibly. This raised their credibility as a business for me. I will continue working with them in the future.

I recently had an issue with my points expiring which turned out to be an oversight by me. I contacted Radioddity to see if anything could be done. I received an email back very quickly and Hazel was able to completely resolve my issue even though it was my error. Not sure all companies would go to those lengths but Radioddity did.
