I went to the Mottingham branch. The stylist was so rude to me when I was 12 mins late whilst being 8 months pregnant. I told them I don’t want the service any more and to keep my money. Disgusting behaviour.
Fantasic experience. My wife found her experience really friendly, professional and excellent value for money. Would recommend unreservedly. I am unsure if some of the reviews left here are valid given my wife and her many friends, colleagues using Raw and coming away extremely satisfied.
I had (past tense) extremely long hair and I managed to walk out with shoulder length hair!!! What she took off was more than what we discussed!!! I’m gutted, constantly upset, took me years to get that length!! She cut loads off, then when blow dried it bounced shorter!!! Won’t be going back, missing my very long hair, the picture I showed her is not what I got!!! 3 stars as lovely lady, but didn’t listen to me!!! Won’t be going back at all!!!
Avoid this place ! Normally I get my hair done by professionals up in London , due to unable get appointments with my hairstylist I decided to try local salon in Dartford. I googled for local salons and after reading reviews I booked to get my hair done at RAW dartford hair salon for ( blonde hair lights ) . THE WORST JOB EVER ! Instead of blonde hair highlights I got ginger stripes ! On one side of my hair you can see marks of an evenly placed foils ! I went to other professional hairdresser and she confirmed that it was extremely bad , unprofessional job . Next day I returned to the RAW to explain my concerns, I was rudely talked down to and they said: “well not everybody can be happy “and carry on working on the computer completely ignoring me so I have no choice but to leave avoid this please !! Bad customer experience, damaged hair and no refund!!P.s I was served my Blair who kept saying he got 12 years experience and now I can see he can’t even place foils so there’s no marks !
Happy with the hairdresser as she was friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about.Not so happy with the outcome as they make my hair go ginger when I get highlights.And when you try and discuss they seem to come up with excuses and the customers opinion doesn’t seem important.I have been elsewhere and colour went right.I won’t be returning
Worst overpriced cut ever!My hair is 3-4 inches long, I went in for a dry trim telling the stylist I just wanted the ends off. I was in the chair for 8 minutes and was charged £20. Worst trim I’ve ever had. Uneven and now have a near bald spot on the left side because of overuse of the thinning scissors. Terrible cut. To make things worse, had I been male I would have got this £5 cheaper! What does it matter on the sex of a person, surely it should be about hair length. Terrible hairdressers in every way.
A few months ago I had a hair disaster so was quite nervous going to another salon today for the first time. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The staff at Raw Dartford were so friendly and welcoming. My stylist, Heidi was absolutely amazing. At my consultation we talked about the look I wanted and Heidi offered good advice and was very professional. The end result was exactly what I hoped for and more. I was so well looked after throughout including a relaxing head massage and you are offered a drinks menu which as well as all sorts of hot drinks contains Prosecco, beer and mocktails. I cannot recommend this place highly enough - just wish I had gone years ago!
