Fast service at redracinparts.com.I bought a spare part for my Domino throttle a few days ago.I got it in just 2 days at home.I had a great experience with Red Racing Parts.I'm very positive impressed about the Customer Service.They replied quickly to all my requests before placing my order.Good service, excellent product and fast shipment by FedEx.So, I'm very satisfied.I suggest this International Company to all riders.
I ordered a carbon hugger/chain guard for my Z1000 on 3rd May & although I had to chase up shipping/tracking information a couple of weeks later, once I'd done this Giovanni responded instantly with a FedEx tracking link. The hugger/chain guard arrived on 28th May, exactly as scheduled on the tracking link which, considering the Coronavirus impact on Italy in particular was exceptionally good. As for the hugger/chain guard - excellent quality, & fitted in a matter of minutes with all holes/fixing points perfectly aligned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Redracingparts & would definitely shop with them again.
Although there were some delays from the supplier, they did their best to deliver the parts.
No problems, just took a little longer than expected.

Hi There,A few days ago I made my first order from Red Racing Parts (Italy).I bought colored ergal and titanium bolts & nuts for my bike.Those parts are made in Italy by Lightech.I received the package yesterday after five days from the date of my order only.Shipping was free but very very fast.Lightech's quality of the products is really excellent.Bolts are very light and strong.With them, look of my motorcycle has improved really a lot.I'm very very satisfied of Red Racing Parts 's customer care.I will buy more parts in the next future from them.I recommend this Company to all riders.
Bought the FEBUR racing radiator from Redracingparts 26th April 2017 and was told it should be ready in 2 weeks ,but delivery ended up 7 weeks , i did eventually get the radiator 17th June 2017 the good thing is it was packaged very well and looks great , apart from the very long and stressful wait really happy in the end thanks Giovanni
Great service. Great price. Excellent company. I ordered a oil cooler for my bike. The part was high quality. It took a little while to get it because of customs. That was not their fault. The customer service was great. They kept me up to date on the package. I will definitely do business with then in future.
Ordered stickers, Delivery of 4 to 12 days turned into 6 weeks.Ended up with a refund.
As you can see at my previous review i am not satisfied at all. But this company will refund your money if you are not satisfied with the delivery time.
I had a good experience with RED Racing Parts.I bought a whole stickers kit for my Suzuki RG500.Amazing quality made in Italy. Good price and free shipping.I asked for info by email and they replied to me very fast.I will buy other stuff for sure and I recommend this great on-line shop.
