My product did arrive but it didn't do anything I got lured in to it bought extra vials so it was 70 or 80 dollars in total , didn't do a thing.. customer service did respond but made it hard for me to return it obviously I used it i didn't have original boxes.

Scam. They took my money and I received nothing. I reached out numerous times and they would give me fake tracking numbers. I actually physically went to ups and they said 'that number isn't real'.

Revive Essential Oils is a scam
Revive Essential Oils is a scam. I'd never heard of them until the search for where to buy a particular oil. Revive Essential Oils claims they sell the version from France. The helichrysum oil they have is neither from France, where the Italicum version is grown, nor is it even helichrysum oil. Certainly horribly blended/diluted, with paraffin aftersmell. We messaged them to return the 2 bottles of which one had been opened. They failed to repond and only responded when I went to PayPal and escalated my complaint. Even so, they refused to send a prepaid return label for 'free return advertised on their site. They are using PayPal to request that we send back both items at our expense "in exactly same condition" and only then will a refund will be issued. They are fully aware one of the bottles was opened -- that's how we could verify that the product was inferior to start with. This company will use Paypl, which certainly has some customer-claims-rejection agreement with them, to rob you of your monies. Their oils are blended frauds. The oil we purchased is supposed to have medicinal uses so this is a really fraudulent abuse Revive Essential Oils is carrying on harming people's health as well as outright theft. My $132.16 Canadian dollars stolen by Revive Essential Oils.AVOID Revive Essential Oils. Their products are fake, scams and for fools.

This review is not about Revive's products, it is about their customer service. I have been waiting over 15 days to receive my order, I have reached out several times as my shipping information from DHL showed that the tracking number Revive supply showed no results. I went through my order confirmation to see if there was another tracking number, but nothing.The first time I reached out I did receive a response with another link, it took me to UPS and also showed no results. I have repeatedly reached out over the past 4 days via their chat/contact form/emails all to no avail. I will certainly NOT recommend nor will I ever purchase from this company, sadly because of terrible customer service and not the because of the quality of their products.Do better Revive

The worst customer service i have ever…
The worst customer service i have ever received from a company! They gave me store credit for damaged and defective items sent to me for them to only give me store credit which I did t want and it doesn’t work! No one gets back to you! So I had to go to the BBB ANDreport fraud to my credit card! This company is ruthless and scam artist! They should not be doing business! Super dishonest. Sad cause I spent over 1k on there products with a couple months and they can’t refund me 50 bucks for damaged stuff they sent me! Comply disgusted with these people and this company! Shame on you RUTH AND CHRIS!!!!! Bunch of DISHONEST AND JERKS RUNNING THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful Lavender Clothes Washing Liquid Smell
The lavender clothes washing liquid smells lovely in the bottle, but once the clothes have been washed and dried, the clothes smell like a rotting rat!! It's unusable- avoid!!!

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. It takes days and days for them to respond to an email, which is inexcusable. They offer and promote three day expedited shipping but never honor it. My latest order was promised to be here by December 23 and it now is not going to be here till the 27th. Why on earth did I pay for three day when it's going to take 10. Do you think I can reach out and actually talk to anybody? Nope. And when they do finally get around to responding, it'll just be some generic excuses. They take no ownership, make no improvements, and basically don't seem to care at all. A company of this size has no excuse to take days and days to respond to a customer.

Don’t auto ship
I like their oils, their pricing and free shipping. What I don’t like is they give you a discount for auto ship orders. But then they don’t remind you of an upcoming order. So too bad if you want to make any changes or skip the order. Set yourself a reminder. The return policy takes forever.

NEVER AGAIN! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my package to arrive. Each time I emailed the company I get a generic email. At the 2 week stage my order was still processing. No care at all about the customer. I purchased from Revive in good faith... never again!

ZERO customer service
I've ordered from Revive multiple times. I believe their products price/quality match. I'm beyond disappointed in their customer service or lack there of. My package was lost in transit almost a month ago and despite me reaching out over a dozen times no one has ever responded. Not even an email saying "We are busy. We'll get back to you"Just nothing. So, I'm out ~$100 and several Christmas gifts because they don't have time. I wish there was a phone number to contact them. I will likely not order from them again because of this. So, revive oils are great, that is, if you ever receive them. 👎🏼

My experience is very similar to many here. It took a week to tell it was shipped but the tracking code always comes up as not found. After a fortnight I contact them and receive an automated message saying it may take 72 hours to respond because they are so busy and on it goes. This is a scam business. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

They don't ship out the packages or respond to emails
First time ordering from them, NEVER AGAIN.My package supposedly left on November 24th. It's now December 9th. I didn't realize it never arrived because it was going to my package forwarding company. Last week once I realized it never arrived, I emailed them. They apologized and said it was reshipped. I asked them, did it NEVER ship the first time or what happened?No response.It has to arrive within 2 days, otherwise my box leaves without it. I even asked them to ship it overnight or 2 day.I even started a new ticket & again NO RESPONSE. They have no phone number on their site which I find very suspicious.Other things to note:1. Their search doesn't work properly. I searched or the exact item and it wouldn't show up. They had to give me a link just for me to add it to my cart.2. Their reviews are all mixed together, so if I want to see the reviews about item A, EVERY other review is in those reviews & they said they designed it that way. What??? Who does that other than evil Amazon so they can confuse you and load up fake reviews. I've been ordering online for decades & sites don't do that, so that's another very suspicious thing.I'll have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge if I don't hear from them by tomorrow. And guess what, it was shipping from Dallas to Houston which should take what, 1-2 days??? LOL USPS said they have to file a lost claim.Now I can see they have done the same thing to many other people too. I would have ordered other things from Jade Bloom had I known I wasn't getting everything I needed from this company. sigh

So happy with quality of Revive!
I used to buy Young Living oils...so outrageously expensive. I found a review last year about Revive and I am so grateful for that. I have purchased many bottles since and I am so happy with the quality! The price is very affordable. I am very sensitive to synthetic perfumes and I have not experienced any negative side effects with Revive oils.

I have never had a problem with shipping nor quality of my order - ie, receiving what I ordered and bottles being in good condition. I am still on the fence though as to whether they are as good as Young Living

I used to be a loyal doTERRA user but, over time, the cost became too much and I had to stop buying them – even though I really missed having high-quality oils in my daily routine.Revive popped up in my feed one day and I decided to order a few oils “just to try them”. I am so glad I did. Their like-for-like blends compared to doTERRA are incredibly close in quality and scent – I honestly feel they’re completely aligned. The Calm blend smells just like Serenity from doTERRA, and Golden Hour is absolutely divine. I’m literally using Golden Hour as a perfume because it smells that good.I’m now completely obsessed and a bit addicted – I placed a second order within about four days of receiving my first one, and I’m already eyeing up my next. The fact that some of the oils can also be ingested (where clearly labelled) is a huge bonus, and the overall experience feels like I’m getting premium quality without the premium price tag.I’ve seen a few negative reviews and honestly have no idea why. I’m in the UK and, for me, Revive has been an absolute godsend – amazing quality, beautiful blends, and finally a way to enjoy oils again without breaking the bank. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I used Young living essential oils for 25 years but honestly our income didn't allow for these oils at their prices, so I couldn't get them as often as I needed them. I changed to Revive about 9 months ago. Revive has affordable prices and I've not found any problems with the oils.. Revive oils work for every condition I've used them for. Breeze works as well as Raven. Immunity boost works as well as Thieves. I really would have stayed with YL but I have to be a good steward of my money so I choose Revive. I'm not into MLM businesses. Essential oils are helpful and I can't help friends in need of the cost is so high that they can't afford the oils. Revive makes it possible.
