Beware don’t buy from this scam place
Absolutely the worst place I have ever in my 62 yrs dealt with. There managers lie and trust me when they say they will match price do not believe it’s a lie. Make sure you look at there reviews online before you buy from them. Do yourself a favor and call sport cycle in rockingham nc or crossroads in albemarle nc. The people are great and they blow away ride now concords prices. Trust me when I say it’s worth the drive. Stay away from this scam place.

Hateful sales person
On 01/07/2026, I purchased a Kawasaki Ultra 160 Jet Ski from RideNow in Decatur TX. Seth Miller was my sales rep, who was very nice to me at the time of purchase. The Jet Ski seat had a couple of holes in it at the time of purchase and Mr. Miller informed me that he order the seat and it would come to the store in Decatur, and he would call me when it arrives. Mr. Miller did let me keep the Jet Ski in the store in Decatur, until I was ready to pick it up, I said great. Mr. Miller also told me, to call or text him if I need anything or to check on the status of the seat he ordered and my registration for the Ski as well. I said perfect. Some weeks went by and I texted Mr. Miller if he knew the status of the seat? He informed me he would check on it, and the registration, and let me know. I never heard back from Mr. Miller after a couple of weeks. Mr. Miller called me around the end of January and asked, if I could come get the Ski because he needed the room for a mechanic’s toolbox. I said sure. The next day I went to RideNow and picked up the Ski. So, while I was there, I asked when he thought the seat was coming in? Mr. Miller said it was still on order. I said ok, just call me and I’ll come get it. Well, weeks went by and have not heard anything from Mr. Miller or RideNow. On February 16th I had texted Mr. Miller around noon time, if had any update about the seat or the registration? I was shock at his response I got from Mr. Miller! He texted me back and said, (what is it that you do not understand or comprehend or you just don’t know what I am explaining here to you). Mr. Miller cont. (I told you I don’t handed the parts or the registration and stated to me that he would not be helping me anymore about this issue). I was in complete shock that this sales rep (Miller), from RideNow. I thought Wow! Mr. Miller just basically, not to bug him. It was hateful text and degrading text. I thought Mr. Miller, and I had good working salesperson to customer relationship. It seemed to me, I guess Mr. Miller just wanted the sale and take my money, and the hell with me about my seat and registration. I really thought RideNow sale personnel were a lot better then that. To think I was going back up to Decatur to purchase an RZR form this guy. I would not and will not do business nor recommend anyone to go buy from RideNow in Decatur TX, because of some sale rep that has no set skills on how to talk to a value customer. Maybe the manager, Mr. Tripp, the manager for that location would recommend counseling to Mr. Miller in customer relations, because this guy has no business representing RideNow! Well not in sales I am a retired Vet of 22 years and retire police office. I also own a business, and I have 5 employees that work for me, if one of my employees talked or text to one of my customers like Mr. Miller did to me, they would not last long. If Mr. Miller just said, Sir, let me check with parts dept and the registration and Ill have them call you back the next day, I would have been fine with that. Look, I spent over $20000 at RideNow at the Decatur location, but never in my life, some sale person talk to me like that. It really takes a lot for anyone to get under my skin, however Mr. Miller got under my skin, and for what? A part that he ordered. Really? I really hope Mr. Tripp can get this matter cleared up. The parts dept there at the Decatur location was very helpful toward me.

Shady Practices
Here’s the sequence of events:1. I brought the 4 wheeler in for diagnosis.2. Your service team called and told me the issue was the batteries and that new ones needed to be ordered.3. I was quoted a little over $400, and I clearly said that was about the maximum I was willing to spend because the 4 wheeler itself wasn’t worth much more.4. Months go by before I get a call saying the original quote was wrong — you actually needed double the number of batteries.o My two options?A) Pick up a non working 4 wheeler and still owe you $400+B) Pay an additional $400+ to get it fixedAt that point, I was backed into a corner. My kids’ 4 wheeler still didn’t work, and I was being asked to pay double the original quote after your mistake. I still agreed and told you to order the additional batteries.5. Then more time passes and I get another call:o All the batteries are in, but the 4 wheeler still doesn’t work.o Now it “might be XYZ,” and it’s another $150 to get it running.o And if you don’t pay something today, you’re going to start incurring $20 a day storage feeSo, after multiple misquotes, delays, and unexpected charges, I’m being told this situation is just because I “didn’t like the outcome.”Stay far away!

Immature business attitude
Found a (RN Tucson east) used bike I was interested in and received a previous internet "$12k offer" on my trade that seemed low. Was told to come in for a possible "adjustment". The salesman (young) seemed to be talking down to me with comments like "no brainer for you to do this" meaning swap the desired used bike for a newer version that was just reduced to $19k. It's black and gray just like your clothes. After holding on to my driver's license for an extended amount of time, he returned my license and then went MIA.A different sales person came over and introduced himself and waived the paper numbers around and started verbally listing all the additional charges. I could have a new bike out the door for $19.9k cash which also included giving up my trade for $9k. I don't think I will return to RN anyplace, anytime soon. I would rather take my chances with real people, real prices, real-time.

These guys are the absolute worst
These guys are the absolute worst. (The company, management, etc.) Individual people are cool, but man- this was the absolute WORST buying experience. This company uses entirely deceptive selling practices, hidden costs and are ALL about making money- once the sale is done, you're NOTHING to them.

Bad whether buying or selling!
Like most others there isn't much to celebrate here. The price quoted, whether buying or selling, fluctuates always favoring the business. Even online when they compete to buy your used ride they leave themselves a way out (to rip you off even after they agree to pay "X" amount) by claiming the bike wasn't as pictured [or otherwise]. When they should inspect it before any offer, but why their "Clause" is designed to defeat contract law as well as the old Latin adage of Caveat Emptor, don't be fooled take down their offer and sell privately.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at RideNow Gainesville. I was quoted one price over the phone and by text, but when I arrived, the total had increased by about $5,000. The new amount wasn’t reviewed with me until I asked about it. I recommend double-checking all pricing details in writing before moving forward.

Stay away from this place
I purchased a bike from them a couple of months ago that they had listed for a very low base price, then when I found out when it was all said and done, I couldn’t believe what they charged me for freight and so-called assembly they charged me a mind-boggling approximately $1800 for shipping normally it cost like $300 to ship a bike from California to North Carolina in the crate full-size Bike and I know this cause I’ve had several of them shipped to my house over the years and then they blindsided me again with a $1180 charge to basically take a motorcycle that is 85% complete out of a crate and finish it up. Doesn’t take more than an hour or two at best and they completely ripped me off and I have documents to prove it they are a bunch of scam artist stay away from them go onto the Better Business Bureau look up RideNow Powersports, and you see they have an F rating one of the worst ratings you can get in and read all of the bad reviews and all of the complaints

I bought a ducati panigale on June 11,I asked them if it had the desmo service done and Gabe said they verified that it was done.So everytime I asked for documented proof they continued to dance around the subject ,Very shady and dishonest salesman ,I didn't get the bike until almost 2 months,I verified the bike never got the desmo service, The head salesman aric stepped in and convinced me to get the bike he dropped the price 400 which I ended up putting that to the desmo service, they want another 600 from me to pay for the lie the salesman kept saying the bike had, Aric was a very nice guy but stepped in too late in the process bike finally got here 7 weeks later, the bag didn't have the mirrors in the picture advertised as promised, still no document of service, They lied about sending me a title I still don't have, already a 100 bucks in late fees and going up,we had to go above to contact az dmv,to get a title will take awhile, the bike was definitely wrecked on both sides very sad on a ducati and, rear spool broken off in swing arm took all day to fix left side broken shock cover and another piece that was a nightmare to get I spent many hours making the bike right,I will never buy a bike out of state again, this place is very dishonest Gabe and David need fired lie after lie, where very rude to my bank and me,unfortunately this nightmare isn't over,Will be a cold day in hell that I pay another 600,,I wish I would have got my money back this was definitely ridden on the track .same bike was for sale here in kc 8500 5000 miles clean, not 16,000.Lesson learned Do not do business here I read many negative reviews stating similar problems, NEVER AGAIN,NAMED THE BIKE NIGHTMARE

Spent quite a while today waiting to test drive a slingshot. Waited almost an hour, was taken thru the we need to run numbers first, then we can go for a test drive. I refused to allow my credit to be run, suddenly the manager who decides who can go on test ride, was to busy. I walked in with 5k cash and my harley info to trade in, waste of an hour. Filthy tactics. Ridenow in forney Tx

Horrible customer service
Had a bike that was in a wreak and needed an estimate for fixing it. Called RideNow North Fort Worth and was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and would call me back. After waiting 3 hours I called back and was told he never received a message to call me. Brought the bike in and explained what was needed. Called the next day to make sure they knew why it was there and was told they couldn't find the bike. It was not until the end of the day when they found it but it had no note as to why it was there. For the 5th time explained we needed an estimate for repairs. Next day got a call bike had been inspected and would get a call about the estimate. Never got a call so 45 mins before closing called and told he wanted to wait 3 days, the next business day, and go over the estimate. We told him no, we would come get the bike and estimate as we needed to get some other estimtes before deciding on repairs. Explained we would be there in 10 mins. When we arrived, were told the person who did the estimate was talking to the GM and we would have to wait. After several mins I asked if the estimate was available and he said he would check. Came back and was told person who checked the bike had it and was still unavailable. Told him we wanted the estimate now and this time he got it for us however it did not include labor cost. When I asked about this was told labor cost was not included since I didn't want them doing the repair. Given the bill for the inspection of damages and it included a $35 fee which turned out to be for towels. The bike was not taken apart. Was billed $100 more than what was quoted for the estimate. Told them I would not have them ever work on the bike and left.

Don't trust the dealer in McDonough, GA
I was recently pre-approved for a Polaris Slingshot and was excited to finalize everything at the dealership. However, when I arrived, I was told that the exact Slingshot I had been pre-approved for was being used for parts. This was not mentioned at all during the approval processor any of the many calls from the dealer.Instead of honoring the original deal, they tried to put me into another Slingshot that had visible damage – the fender was messed up – but told me I could "just get it fixed." To make matters worse, both Slingshots (including the one they claimed was being parted out) are still listed for sale online, as if nothing is wrong with them. That feels very dishonest.I came in with everything ready, expecting transparency and professionalism, but left with frustration and mistrust. If they’re willing to mislead customers about the condition and availability of vehicles, it really makes you question the rest of their business practices.

Ride now Beach Blvd Jacksonville
Unfortunately I have to change my review for Ride Now Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL - Initially had a decent experience, I bought a KTM 890 R with the tech package. I sold my bike to my cousin and when it came out of Demo mode all the tech package went away, so Ride Now never loaded the tech package when I bought it. I called Ride Now spoke with Ryan and Alex which is the one that confirmed by email and who sent me the buyers order that they would reimburse me for it, Ride Now also can't give me the number that would associate the tech package to the bike so another dealer in my area can reload it. (Hint they never loaded it when I purchased it). I have been dealing with this for a month and have not seen a dime returned my way just keep getting flipped from Ryan to Alex. I guess Ride Now Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL can sell you something and not provide it. I think this is called stealing; I have everything in WRITING! I sold my bike to my cousin and reimbursed him because he had it installed as the dealer said it was never installed. I reimbursed him as I sold the bike to him as it having the tech package, I Honored what I Sold. Thanks, Ride Now Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL for Ripping me off. I usually don't send bad feedback but thought others should be aware of how they treated a customer that purchased products from them, I would stay very clear of Ride Now Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL and use a different dealership that will honor what they sold.

Purchased a CF Moto 1000 utv about a year and a half ago. They have had it doing repairs longer than i have. Absolutely no exaggeration!!! Even purchased the premium warranty which is useless. On the 8 or 9 repairs every time i get charged hundreds of dollars. We own a pecan orchard and tried to use it for pruning and irrigation work. So to say its lightly used is an understatement. My son went to pick it up 2 months ago and it broke down before he could load it up on trailer. Not kidding!!! They call me a few min ago and said 2k repair not covered. I asked for paperwork so i could get legal counsel and wanted to leave it there, she actually asked me to bring title incase i abandoned the unit???? After buying 2 street bikes, 4 wheelers and an ATV etc... this is how Im treated. Just pathetic!!! The sales guys said (get this) "I've never heard of any problems with CF moto" my son walked into shop downstairs and the whole shop is full of them getting repairs. That tells ya everything ya need to know. Tell ya anything to try and make a buck. This is unit is straight junk and so is the service!!! STAY AWAY

Ridenow STAY AWAY!!!
I saw a 2025 Razor Pro sport for sale on line from RideNow Concord, NC for $15,992. Called and double checked with there sales department, and was told yes, that is the price. I put a deposit on it, so we drove from Pa to NC to to get the new Razor. They drove it around to the front, and I noticed it had a roof and stereo system in it. I told them this was not what I put a deposit on. Then the unethical sales person said lets look at the numbers!!! I about fell of the chair. It went from $16000 to $29000 on paper!!! So my good deal was a SCAM to get you there, and then they try to sucker you in on an over priced machine! The head of the financial department was the lowest of sales people on this earth!!! He acted like he was soooo ethical and you were just a dumb ASS! read the reviews on Yelp and such, This is there tactic. A one star is one more than they deserve!! I would NEVER buy a thing from this low life dealer ship! I will be contacting Polaris, and the main leader ship team on this joke of a dealerships!

Poor customer service
I contacted Ridenow to inspect a 2016 Can Am XDS that I was considering purchasing. The service department assured me that they would conduct a thorough inspection, allowing me to make an informed decision about my purchase. When I arrived at Ridenow to talk to the service tech, I walked in through the sales department. I was told by one of the salespersons that if I didn't purchase the SXS that they would. I later found out that the seller was also told that they wanted to buy it. Trying to buy a SXS out from under the buyer when they are bringing it to the facility for a used vehicle inspection is beyond unethical and is a poor business practiceRather than providing a realistic report of concerns and necessary repairs. Ridenow created an estimate of what appeared to be every single part to make the vehicle new again. Keep in mind the vehicle only has 220 hours on it. It would appear that RideNow created a estimate that would deter me from buying the SXS so that RideNow could purchase it themselves. The seller shared that when he called RideNow to let them know that the ownership had transferred to me that the service Tech sounded disappointed. On my way home the speedometer was not functioning and this was not an item listed on RideNow's estimate. I called RideNow to request them to restore the vehicle to it's condition prior to bringing it to them. The service person immediately said that he could order the parts and charge me for the additional service. When I again stated the speedometer was working prior to bringing it them, he said he would have the service manager call me back. I later received a call back from the service manager. The service manager also stated he could order the parts if I was willing to pay for the repair. After paying for RideNow for a used vehicle inspection, you would think RideNow would be smart enough to just have me bring it back and they could determine if they just knocked something off or something got loose. They could then rule out if it was their mistake and make me feel more comfortable about paying for a legitimate repair. The Service Manager didn't even try and present like they care about customer service. Obviously a business is there to make money, however, only caring about your profit is poor customer service. They got their quick buck and lost me as a customer. I hope people look anywhere else, but RideNow to purchase or have service completed. Looking back, I am seeing very poor reviews for RideNow. Shame on me for not doing better research.

Avoid RideNow Jacksonville at All Costs…
Avoid RideNow Jacksonville at All Costs – My $100K Yamaha Boat Is Unsafe and Practically UselessI normally don’t post stuff like this, but after everything my family and I have gone through, I feel obligated to warn others. If you’re thinking about buying a boat or any powersports equipment from RideNow Jacksonville, do not. Here's what happened to us:Timeline of the Disaster:July 20, 2025 – I purchased a brand new Yamaha boat from RideNow Jacksonville. First time on the water in St. Augustine, it wouldn’t go over 3mph. It was dead in the water on day one. I had to get towed in. No offer from RideNow for safe return, help, or even an apology—just “bring it back to the dealer.”They kept the boat for 7 months. I barely got any updates. They just ghosted me.When I finally got the boat back, they forgot to return my trailer. I asked several times and they denied having it. Turns out—it was in their yard the whole time. Not even an apology. We planned a family trip to the Keys, thinking surely it was good to go now. On the drive down, the wakeboard tower literally fell off the boat on the highway. The dealer never installed two critical bolts. Just totally negligent.I called RideNow—they never called back. One time I was on hold for 23 minutes, and then someone just hung up on me. I’m not exaggerating.Took it to a Yamaha dealer in the Keys—they said multiple bolts were missing and couldn’t fix it because they’re dealer-specific parts. I had to buy random bolts from Home Depot just to stabilize the tower (which was still unusable). We tried dropping the boat in again. The steering didn’t work at all—I couldn’t even turn the wheel. Another tow. Dealer down there said the steering cables were never lubed and are now basically shot. After all that, we finally got it moving. We took it out 15 miles offshore with our four kids to snorkel... and the port motor died. We were stranded at sea and had to get towed back again. Now I have a $100,000 boat that has less than 5 hours on it and is completely unreliable and unsafe. The dealership refuses to take responsibility. The manager won’t take my calls, the employees are rude and accusatory, and I’ve been offered zero resolution.TL;DR:Bought a new boatBroke on first useHeld by dealer for 7 monthsTower fell off due to missing boltsSteering cables never servicedStranded offshore with kidsTreated like garbage by RideNow staffI’ve filed complaints and may take legal action, but in the meantime—buyer beware. RideNow’s negligence and customer service have been a nightmare from start to finish.Happy to provide more details or documentation if anyone’s considering shopping there. Don't make the mistake I did.
