Undisciplined drivers and useless management
Zum has a few undisciplined drivers, which makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe for my children! I know not all the drivers here are bad, but it only takes a few terrible ones to cause an accident that can hurt many people. But there's no use complaining anyway because Zum has a useless management that doesn't care about its clients and customers.
