Poor QA
Has long had a problem with QA. Last example is from today (20th September 2023) where Mapdec Cycle Works (YouTube) received a £ 1200 Helium aluminium frame with paint overspray on brake mounts, head tube where headset will fit, BB and dropouts. Even some damages to the inside of the head tube. Paint overspray on mounts and threads will cause problems with fit and alignment. Fixing it takes experience and £100s worth of specialiced tools. I won't risk buying a Ridley before I see improvements.
