Best, but not perfect.
The machine is surprisingly compact. They obviously appreciate that home gyms have limited space. I didn't realize initially that I can load several hundred pounds on the bottom side. The top "bar" is easily removable to make it even smaller. I call it my cockpit because I have enough room exactly where I need it and nowhere else lol but I do fit as a 6'3" 300lbs man. I did a 700 lb leg press and it held just fine. I'll go heavier but that was the first test. There's some bounce when racking the weight but it doesn't feel unsafe. The padding is comfortable. I wish the leg plate for leg press was wider but I may just slap on an additional plate myself via nuts and bolts. Assembly was mostly easy. One hole was slightly unaligned and I had to file it down but everything else was easy enough. Use two people though. This is not the kind that you can do alone. I had four people and it took an hour. Comfort wise, it's great and it's impressively easy to switch between leg press and hack squat. All in all it's extremely impressive in that it checks so many boxes. A machine that serves three uses, barely takes up space, has a high weight capacity, and it's at a good price range makes me happy I bought it. I can't give a full five stars due to a several small drawbacks like the miss aligned whole, narrow foot plate, and bounciness. I think it's probably the best on the market, but it's not perfect.

M1 Pro
I ordered the M1 Pro a couple weeks ago. The whole process has been a disaster. I never knew when anything was going to be delivered. I received an email saying everything had been delivered. However, I never received the manual, nuts, or bolts to put the machine together. I may be missing more we will find out soon I guess. The response time from support is not the fastest I’ve experienced. Overall I have had a poor experience but hoping the once I have everything the product I ordered will make up for this. We shall see what happens.

Not usable for average user — return refused
I purchased a leg curl machine from RitFit and was excited to use it, but unfortunately the product is not usable due to sizing.I am 5’9” (average height), and my knees do not align properly with the bench. The roller pad does not sit correctly on my lower legs, making the machine uncomfortable and impractical to use. My two teenage sons are even taller and it does not fit them either.So the equipment is simply not usable for our household.I contacted the company requesting a return and refund, but they refused because I no longer have the original packaging. I discarded the packaging in good faith, as I was genuinely excited about the purchase and had no expectation that I would need to return it.Refusing a return for a product that is not usable for an average-sized person is not reasonable.I am requesting a return and refund for order #135358.Very disappointing experience.

Extremely easy to build. Steps are labels quickly and best part, the bolts are all separated per each step. Machine is sold and by far the smoothest movement I've felt on a leg press/hack squat. Highly recommend

Avoid RitFit – Terrible Logistics and Insulting Customer Service
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆I would strongly advise anyone looking for gym equipment to take their money elsewhere—literally anywhere else. My experience with RitFit has been a complete disaster from start to finish.I ordered a bench that was explicitly scheduled for delivery on a Monday. Not only did it miss that date, but the tracking showed it sitting stationary in Chicago—right in my area—for over 48 hours without a single update. After waiting 7 business days for a product that was already overdue, I was told delivery was still "unlikely."The "Customer Service" is a joke:Insulting Offers: After acknowledging their total failure to meet delivery commitments, they offered a pathetic $20 partial refund. It’s an insult to think $20 makes up for a week of wasted time and zero communication.Zero Accountability: They did nothing to actually resolve the shipping issue or expedite the process.Refund Delays: Even after I cancelled the order, they told me I’d have to wait another 48–72 hours after they get their product back before they’d even process my refund. They are essentially holding my money hostage because of their own shipping incompetence.Save yourself the "stress and disappointment" they claim to be sorry for. Buy from a company that actually values its customers and understands basic logistics. RitFit is not that company.

Terrible Quality Control
In general, the equipment (M1 Pro Lower Rack & Cable Crossover, Leg Press Gazelle, Leg Ext/Curl) is just fine.I’ve been in the fitness industry for 25 years, purchased and used countless machinery. The cost to quality ratio with RitFit is pretty good. Great prices, decent equipment.The problem lies in either production quality control or the individuals who pack the pieces for shipment. Nearly every single piece was damaged (scratch’s, dents, bent pieces).I emailed RitFit with photos of some of the damaged pieces and gave yet to hear back from anyone. Quite disappointed both at purchasing brand new equipment that arrives damaged and poor response of customer service.

Perfect Leg Press/Hack Squat for the Home Gym
Everything from purchase to delivery, setup has been outstanding! I'm a 65 year old male, I have been a gym rat for decades. I've had the privilege to have friends who are/were world class athletes (bodybuilding/powerlifting) and have trained at gyms around the world. I've been building my home gym for quite some time. The RITFIT Leg Press/Hack Squat machine was the last missing piece of equipment I needed. I do have a vertical leg press but needed a little bit more. The RITFIT Gazelle arrived with some damage to the cardboard shipping boxes (not surprising). Inside the boxes the pieces were well protected and packed. Someone put some thought into the packaging process. It took me about 5 hours (leisurely) to unpack, move parts from my garage to my basement man cave/gym, and build the machine. Between the manual (one of the best I've seen) and on-line installation video, it was a breeze to assemble. All the pieces arrived without damage (no scratches/scapes). Two pieces were slightly bent, but when put together with the bolts/nuts and a bit of torque, the pieces formed together perfectly. This was the last piece of equipment I needed to complete my home gym. Form, fit, function and use/movement are exceptional, especially for the price point. Is it "Commercial" build quality, no. But for the home gym it is above reproach! Well done RITFIT.

Fast delivery, great quality handles! The swivel on the narrow bar really helps the wrists, the dual grip handle is heavy and solid! My one complaint is on my first use of the narrow bar, some nickel plating splintered off into my finger as I was putting it away.
