Bought large rug did not put down till November 22nd 2025 has frayed at edge message them not interested says wear and tear Wtf been down with 2 adults for 2 months. Don't buy from them Scam you take money don't care we are pensioners 😡

I placed and order, still hadn't arrived by 1 week then realised I never got confirmation email despite money been taken, then I read some other reviews on here and panicked. To be fair, the company emailed me back next day with tracking details saying that it was about to go through custons, however it was a German tracking website that didn't recognise my post code. From memory when ordering I don't recall it being clear that it was coming from Germany and I don't recall it saying delivery would take this long. I did get my rug, about 3 weeks after ordering and it's a great rug exactly as described. I just don't feel the company are very forthcoming about delivery but I can't fault the customer service and quality of the rug itself even if it came 2.5 weeks later than expected

My experience was good overall
My experience was good overall. I ordered before I read reviews and became worried as although I got a confirmation email I didn’t get the subsequent dispatch and invoice emails as I was supposed to. I emailed them and they were quick to respond and gave me my tracking reference and an update on my order. My rug arrived on time, it was as expected and other than not receiving the emails I can’t fault them. They had the best price and the service was good.

The outdoor rug
I recently ordered the outdoor rug. I didnt expect such good quality 👌. The delivery was on time, no delays. I got another message the day before delivery, saying the time which I really liked. Im very happy of the whole process starting from ordering on their webside to delivery the item. I will definitely order again.

I wish I'd read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. I ordered some rugs on 11th Feb. By 20th Feb with no update I checked the tracking which stated "delivered" but also stated "returned to shipper". I contacted RUG24 by email to ask for an explanation and was ignored. I raised a dispute through PayPal which was also ignored. 3 weeks after ordering I arranged a chargeback through my credit card, very glad that I used Amex to pay. Today on the 6th of March I finally received an email, just saying that their shipping partner returned the order to them. No explanation at all. I don't believe any rugs were ever dispatched.

WRONG ITEM SENT - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was sent the wrong item - a completely different item from that which I ordered. Customer service was terrible! I ended up having to keep the item as it was no longer at the location that they had delivered to and they refused to refund me in full or pay for the shipping back to their warehouse!BEWARE!!!

My order was confirmed and confirmation made - Given delivery dates - These dates passed - The email said the items had been returned to the Seller - One item was Undeliverable!! - I even got an email that one item had successfully been delivered to my door!No explanation given - I asked to re-ordered as they were part of a re-vamping someone's lounge - Got an email a couple of days to say an item was out for delivery today with a tracking number and map - I checked the map often and could see it was nearing road - I have been sitting in my lounge all day so imagine my surprise when I checked my email and found one from parcel force to say delivery was attempted but no one was in ! I- Cant get a response from Parcel Force as it seems as if it's a made address and Rug24 have never responded to any further emails to them - This may well be a Scam but Id stay away from it. I'm not sure I will ever get a refund !

Ordered a rug for my grandchildren’s bedroom. Waited for the 7 working days to pass for delivery… no show. Contacted Rug24 three times. Finally got a response that the parcel had been returned to them for some unknown reason? They offered to send me another rug but I declined & have asked for a full refund straight away.

Ordered a rug directly from Rug 24 everything seemed OK with corresponding emails then received an email from the delivery company they use GLS with tracking details, so on the delivery day we waited and nothing arrived, end of day tracking said delivered? Not to us. Then the next day it said returned to sender? WHY? We as home and we have a ring door bell camera system, nobody called. I emailed, called and emailed again then finally got a reply apologising for the non delivery with no explanation? Then lucky enough we got a refund through PayPal who I used to pay them, still no explanation so I emailed them again asking the question why it wasn't delivered. The reply was automated with no explanation just informing me it was returned. Complete waste of time. Ordered now from another supplier.

My wife ordered a rug from this company via eBay, The rug never arrived, customer service is appalling, apparently a technical fault with eBay. Paid via PayPal so got a refund. Looking for another rug found the same one on Amazon (same seller) Ordered again delivery date given May 10th - 13th 2023. NOT DELIVEREDThe rug was dispatched on the 3rd May it arrived at the carriers on the 4th May on the 9th of May the rug left the carrier facilities, on the 12th May it arrived at the carriers. Now expected between the 14th & 17th May. Amazon customer services representative said, "Amazon believe that customers who purchase from the market place should be treated with the same degree of service as a customer who have purchased directly from us" Obviously rug24 fall well short of the standard of customer service expected.

Unprofessional company, poor quality products, abysmal customer service. Goods returned via Parcel Force, their preferred service, but Rug24 did not collect goods. Had to fight tooth and nail to get refund. Their returns policy is vague and confusing and appears it could be deliberately so.

Company never handed my parcel to the shipping company. When I messaged to ask where it was. They said the company had lost it (even though I can see G4S was never given the item to deliver) - they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I requested a replacement. They didn’t bother to reply or dispatch and instead just sent a refund. Company clearly just wants to be an Amazon top seller and doesn’t actually want to dispatch items. Don’t recommend!
