After I received a phone case that was missing a magnet for proper closure on one side, I called customer service and left a message explaining my issue. The next morning a delightful representative, MJ, returned my call eager to help! She was very kind, patient, and thoughtfully came up with a wonderful solution! The cell phone cover seemed well made with the exception of the magnet area. My iphone would not stay in place on the magnet where there was to much wiggle room for my phone. The headphones didn't workout with my older model Iphone and the company refunded me instead of having me send them back (which I offered to do). Clear communication and great service. Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond
I was given a SafeSleeve for Christmas (it was on my wishlist), and I simply reached out to the company to give a little feedback. They were very responsive and really wanted me to be happy with my case, so they sent me a new one - they truly went above and beyond to make me happy. Though I love the idea of a detachable case, I wasn’t satisfied with the strength of the magnet - my phone would slide around on the outer case and even slid right out of it. When they offered to send me a new one, I decided to go with the one that does not detach. I truly did not expect to get a new case when I reached out to the company. I admire their insistence on making things right for the customer.

Good Cases, Good Styles
The cases are well made and the one with the detachable cover is probably the way to go for convenience. I ordered the other two styles for my iPhone and neither worked out for me.It was fairly easy to do the return. I had to send an email to confirm that I wanted a refund, not an exchange. My refund appeared shortly after that. Customer service is fine; no major complaints.

They do return your messages
I ordered wrong case had to email them they always return my messages and I got the right one. Waiting on credit for the return one. But I’m sure it will come though. This is my second case and they are great!

We are customers of SafeSleeve because we like the protection our phones have which give us peace of mind. Recently I wanted to get headphones because I walk in the morning and thought of SafeSleeve. So I ordered them and when they arrived the left side wasn’t working. I went to their site and had a chat with a Joann. My husband ordered me the wrong phone case. Safe Sleeve was very responsive is responding to my need to exchange and we got it all sorted out.
