I can only echo the experiences of others here. Shockingly, the car that was returned to them, as not being fit for purpose, was back on sale on their forecourt within 48 hours, to be sold to some other poor punter. I don't know how a company like this is allowed to continue to trade.

Took Them to Court and Won
Took Them to Court and Won - Avoid This Company at All Costs!I purchased a Land Rover from SCS Autos LTD Watford in 2022 under the pretence that it was "a good clean car with no issues." However, within days, I discovered serious faults. An independent Land Rover specialist garage confirmed the car was dangerous and would not pass its MOT, estimating repair costs over £8,000. Another independent garage stated, "there are some serious issues which, in my mind, do not make this vehicle of merchantable quality and are not commensurate with the vehicle's age and mileage." SCS Autos would have been well aware of these issues, yet failed to inform me of them at the point of sale.Despite many months of back-and-forth attempts to resolve the issue, the dealership dismissed all the faults as "fair wear and tear" and a "warranty issue." Negotiations clearly fell apart when they decided to ignore my emails and block my phone calls. I was forced to take the matter to court, where the dealership failed to show up twice. The judge stated, "the defendant [SCS Autos LTD] had acted dishonestly at every stage." The court ruled in my favour, ordering the dealership to refund my money. After the court ruling, SCS Autos tried to collect the car before refunding me, raising concerns about their intentions. After my refusal to comply with their plan, they filed an appeal the following day, claiming ignorance of the court date, which the judge promptly dismissed. They failed to pay within the given timeframe, and I had to involve bailiffs to enforce the judgment. The bailiffs eventually recovered the payment, including their fees. The bailiff's report stated, "the debtor arrived and was still irate and refusing payment... and shouting." This demonstrates the type of people, at every level, who work at SCS Autos.I tried my very best to resolve my car issue with SCS Autos, but they avoided all responsibility at every turn; it took two years and a court order. They lied to me at the point of sale about the state of the car. They lied in their defence about me "refusing to help [them] fix the car." Then they lied about not knowing when the court date was, trying to unjustly overturn the judge's decision. Every dirty trick in the 'dishonest car salesman's' book they will and did try.My advice to anyone thinking about buying from SCS Autos LTD Watford is: do not! Yet if you still unwisely decide to do business with them, remember to document absolutely everything, understand their dishonest tactics, and know your legal rights.

Never answer their emails and ignore…
Never answer their emails and ignore youWas interested in a car, wrote an email saying was interested in it and I'd buy it then never got any correspondence back. This was using their own contact form on their own website so their loss and also a complete waste of my time.

To start with this so call (Scsauto)car…
To start with this so call (Scsauto)car dealer. They shouldn’t be allow to have a license for selling cars. Is like giving criminals a free gun license. I bought a car from this lowlife car dealer who have no passion for cars or their customers. I saw the car online read the description and I was so excited about the car. I arrange a viewing, and went to see the car, there were dents on the rear bumper and front . I told the dealer how comes you never mention on this to me before I made this long journey. This young and inexperience baby face boy, was arrogant and have no customer service what so ever. Told me that’s nothing and it has nothing to do with the car. I told him do you know how long I have to travel to get here and being lie to. I decided not to deal with him, instead I went to the next guy and I manage to buy the car with 3 months warranty. Within a month I have been spending lots of money on petrol. Within the 3 months warranty the engine light came on, I took it for diagnosis and the fault was the inlet manifold and is going to cost £1400 to get it done. I spoke to there warranty service they said they don’t cover the inlet manifold. I went back to spoke to the dealer about it, they said it’s wear and tear and it has nothing to do with them. A inlet manifold of a car cannot be faulty with less than 3000 miles . I told them this fault was already there and the never full service the car before selling it to me. They told me not to worry, they will see what they can do, after couple of days later after this is what I received from them. We can’t help you with this as the quote given was too high but we can find you a cheap garage who can do it cheap and they will pick up the car and they are also willing to contribute £300 towards £1400 to fix the car. Every time I ask to speak to the manager about they said there was traffic , and the manager couldn’t get to work then the next day they said the manager had a problem with his wife and couldn’t come to work. I decided to report the issue to my bank to handle as I had enough with this criminals. Weeks later I call them back about the £300 they promised to contribute, there respond was the offer wasn’t on the table anymore. Until this day the car is still not fix. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a car from this criminals.

Wrong description to sell the car
I recently purchased a used car from this dealer. They listed the car with low mileage whereas the car mileage was more than the explained online. I realised it as soon after the purchase but then this dealer started to talk like now it is all mine and they don’t even consider it. To be honest, I feel cheated and would recommend that no one should buy a car from this dealer at all. They are just advert online to trap the customer. They are also not transparent to let you know the whole history of vehicle. In my case the car licence plates were changed twice when the dealer never talk about to me before selling the car to me.

Awful service
Awful service. Illegal cars. If you have to buy from them, use a credit card (don't accept that they can't) because you will, at least, have some consumer protection.Sold me a car that had a string of faults and shouldn't have even had an MOT.
