Arrived at 11 x 6 ladies booked day beds on a private part of the beach . Staff really welcoming , friendly and could not enough for you . Cocktails were fantastic , chicken club sandwiches were tasty and really large portions. Relaxed chilled vibes , great day left at 5 and one of us had a deep massage ! Thank you for a great day ! If you want a chilled vibe beach day this is your place .

Harassment and scam! I am sick and tired by being harassed on Vaci utca by this fake shop's employees.Whenever you walk on the street sellers are catcalling women and harassing them. I have been living in Budapest for a long time and no matter how many times you complain the store does not change its attitude, instead, they preferred to block leave review part on social media to shut people up.
I was looking into becoming an agent to sell seacret products and decided not to. I tried several times to close my account. I chatted with them online - I emailed them my intent to close my account. I recieved no answeres and they do not allow you to close your account yourself without contacting them. Then they charged my card and called it an annual fee. They still have not closed my account and still have not reversed the charge - This company is a total scam just to get your credit card information so they can put random charges on it whenever they want for what ever they want. Still account is not closed over one year later - totally refuse to close it - SCAM! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SEACRET DIRECT!
Having got to know about this product has bin one of my worst nightmares. In April 20th 2020 l hpnd to hv scheduled an appointment with sme gentleman that had called earlier informing abt sme these sea skin prdts and had suggested to meet me in person so that he explains better abt them so wen he cme thru I listen n was impressed prdts looked so legit. He put the face mask on mi skin n assured mi hw it Mke wonders the peeling gel, n alot mre n told mi hw to b amember cme that tym l was look for wat mre bss’ l cld invest in n so thought this wld actually work. He got bk to mi three or mre tyms coz i had said i wlid think abt it til wen the tym cme i joined n bought mi first package it was to costly to mke matters worse he on buying he influenced mi to buy mre than wat i was to use saying i wont fail to sell them coz he wil personally sell them for the start as mi skin gets better wen i start using them. Guys i waited for i think 2two three wiks frm the date of the order cldnt wait 😩 i was told with in two weeks but it took forever everyday i wld get up with like 5 big mre fresh pimple that torner was so harsh on mi kept giving feed bk to them[he had a team that worked with him n he had introduced mi to it] n was always to to kip puting mi skin turned color got frastrated cldnt sell off the rest of the prdt coz of mi experience til todate wen i noticed thea was never change got sme thing else way cheaper that l stil use n i c alot ov improvement was recomended ny mi sister grtflul she rescued mi frm them hv bin wntg so badly to write this grtful i jst dd so pple nid to kno the truth stil bothered abt hw i cn get bk mi money for the packages i ddnt use til nw😰😰😰 worst experience ever
20 thousand HUF only today...for a 'mug size' no more than 350g. cream, and set of three items as a present. All this at Westend a pricy shopping center. It is at a small isle in the middle of a hallway. The lady was impatent to chat. She's wanted to get over it all too quickly, while I was telling her I was in Israel, I know this type of product, and I don't want to buy. I've tried however...for a present, ect. She didn't seem to know how anyone's hands react to being rubbed, and the water becoming coloured light brownish gray-. Her monologue was someone's been taught to say thus and that and that's it; no science, or thought or reason behind. It's not bad, it's a standard of a company, or result of daily frustrations. I'd have loved to begin a conversation, like: isn't my hand white simply because I've just squeezed the bkood out? Anyway, the salt that I was given to rub my hand was really cool. Cristals in a cilindrical wooden spoon.
People watch out. Scammers are here in vienna. 2 men from israel luring tourists inside. They give you free samples outside in the street. Then they wanna show you something in the store. They are using products on you, for example a hand mask. Then you should buy the produkt. If you are not buying they become very angry. They say they opend a fresh jar just for you. It is almost imposible to walk away, 200 euros you must spend minimum.....They have a shop at Karlsplatz, Kärntner Strasse next to h&m. And Maria Hilferstrasse next to Tally Weil......If you are waking the Kärntner Strasse, or the Mariahilferstrasse in vienna, and you see a beautyshop with 2 men in suits, or a girl in a suit with skirt outside, change the side of the street. Stay away from the store so they can not lure you in ........I think they have also a shop at the airport, same system another name.....🧐😕😤😱Also I have a friend, and she works in a bakery next to one of the shops. She is losing 50 % of her customers because people are not passing by anymore because of this beauty scammers. She can only hope that they are moving soon. New name new place and they are scamming again......
I like the products dont get me wrong, but today I walked passed a kiosk in shopping centre where two men where there offering to give you a sample, I said no thanks I've got some, as I'm still walking off he asked which one and I said all of them, he rolled his eyes at me... although i dont actually have all of them i actually have about 6 products so i have a bit, but the eye roll was ridiculous and rude... than when i walked back i actually wanted to show him my purchase and i said laughing you dont believe me do you?? and he just turned his head and looked away ... pfft get stuffed mate ... get a real job Stockland cairns !!
Salesman has no experience of the product, only telling make up fact that can make us buy their overpriced product. Harrass us so damn much that we could not walk away easy even after bought 1 of their product. This one am talking about is in Vaci str Budapest
If you look into this brand online on various websites with customer reviews you can see this chain should be closed down! I can't believe the shops in Europe still exist where the salespeople try to lure mostly travelers inside (so they cannot return if there are complaints). Extremely aggressive sale techniques, no matter how good or bad their product, how can they think this is a good business model? Most people after buying their products feel disgusted, guilty and somewhat stupid for falling for their tricks. I bought an electric device, which was very crappy and did not work (extremely expensive and cleary made in China with cheap quality), together with some very expensive creams. It should ring a bell they NEVER have any prices in their shops! They tell you whatever and give you a so-called special price just for you. Such a scam, it's disgusting. I truly hope people get some awareness. I will post my experience in every website possible and recommend anyone who has fallen for their scams to do the same!
Expensive products , the worst customer service ever, rubbish quality.A salesperson Of this brand stopped us on the street ( now I understand they are robbers - not salesman), explained their products. And my friend said I know this brand it seems a really good one. I trusted the robber salesman. I did a big mistake and bought something but he was going to give an additional feet treatment for 3 of us.. in that case the price was reasonable and I paid . We were going to get the feet treatment on the next day but next day we couldn’t manage , didn’t have time and I brought the products back and wanted to return them as I didn’t get the other treatment too. The salesman just ran out . Didn’t even look at my face,avoid to talk to me. he was simply like a robber. And they said no refund , sorry!. They were so rude. Never ever seen something like this in my life. cheating nasty scammers looking for a quick buck I can’t believe I got involved in this, they did cheat me . Obviously what they do is robbery!. It was in Budapest. Details above. They said no refund . And they said that it’s written on the receipt. Can you tell me do you get the receipt before or after the payment? I paid and get the receipt after that. If want to return the product it will be too late. This robbery , cheating people by not giving all the required informations. If there is no refund then they have to point it out , I should know before the payment that I can’t return the product. And you as the company say that it’s their policy and you can’t do anything. But I didn’t go to a shop randomly on the street. I did trust because I have heard about seacret, it is a big company and I thought Seacret wouldn’t be a robber. I you cannot take the responsibility of the branches mistake , why I have to pay their mistake as a customer. If you put your company name , and your product then it is your responsibility as well to treatment customers like humans , if you let them to cheat people and then say it is their policy then you’re accepting and supporting this robbery. I want my money back and send your products back. I went there because of the name of the company and brands so I will ask you to solve my problem and on the other side you need to solve the issue on customer service to not have this kind of robbery issues.

Went back next day - salesman Rafael literally ran off to avoid us - literally ran ! More fool us but karma ! While in Budapest I shopped at your store and purchased 2 items that totaled $102. The salespeople worked overtime to keep my husband and I distracted and charged me $627 for the two items and refused to make the transaction correct. I have the UPC codes that show the prices that total to $102. That's wrong on so many levels. I did file a discrepancy with my credit card company but because I handed them my card, I am on the hook for the full amount. What a sham.
Yes Seacret salesmen are VERY aggressive, and that of course is not good. That being said, if you are willing too bargain with them for a good price, and maybe pays in cash, the products can be quite nice, however initially quite overpriced. Also if a deal or some kind of gift card offer is too good to be true, it probably is. Remember this when you enter the store. Others before you have got 'special price' or special treatment. Also remember that even natural minerals and oils CAN cause an allergic reaction, so check with your doctor, not the salesperson, before order.That being said, the facial mask with the magnet is the most effective and less irritating mask I have ever tried.
I was purchasing some products this December for my mom as a Christmas gift, my mom absolutely loved it, it was a bit expensive but totally worth it. Thank you for the good customer service and good experience. My mom will definitely come back to get some more products!
My 17-year old sisters creditcard were secretly charged multiple times for a single purchase at Seacret.I have several times approached the staff at the Seacret shop, who refuses to cancel the false creditcard transaction or issue a refund. They insist, that a mistake must have been made by my sisters bank.According to my sisters bank Nordea, the transactions looks fraudulent. Seacret have tried to charge the same amount not only two but three times. They have tried to charge 60.000 HUF or 192 EUR total, which is a lot of money for a 17-year old. The third attempt was rejected, but my sister was still charged twice for the same products.Before shopping here make sure to read the many negative reviews on Google Maps, TrustPilot or ConsumerAffairs.From my sisters experience and other online reviews, it is clear that Seacret uses lies and manipulative selling strategies to trick people into buying their products.The salesperson told my sister, that because the boss was not around, she could offer her a very special price. According to the salesperson this was a special offer, which she could only give to one customer per month. My sister was given the impression, that she would save a lot of money - about 50% compared to the standard price. She ended up paying 20.000 HUF, which turns out is exactly the standard price (found on the Seacret website).My sister was also falsely informed, that she could bring the products (which are liquid and more than 100 ml) through the carry-on security in Budapest airport. According to other online reviews, Seacrest have received many other complains about false carry-on advices, but continue to give out wrong information. It seems like these people will say anything to secure a sale.We are now reporting Seacret in Budapest to the local tourist police for creditcard fraud and unethical marketing techniques.Stay away from Seacret and double check your creditcard bills!
