I had success with them twice before, so I referred my friend to them for a move he had coming up. He had the bumper RIPPED OFF one of the two vehicles shipped and no one reported it, but just “stuck it back on” only to have it fall off as he was taking the car home! Fortunately, no one got hurt. Sherpa does not answer calls or emails from him, regarding this now. HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll not be using them again or referring them!Update- They finally returned my call, but ultimately left the matter up to the carrier that transported my friend’s car, who actually claimed the bumper was already damaged when they accepted the car to be shipped! What a joke! Does that make sense to anyone?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great service. Friendly customer support and driver. The driver picked up the car timely and delivered nicely in 3-4 days from Westchester, NY to Santa Clara, CA. He communicated the status while on the road and gave nice heads up for the delivery! Great job!
I have a classic car, The carrier was very careful and respectful of my car. He was super careful in loading it in the trailer. At the destination, they were equally careful unloading it. I felt like I could trust them.

They made transporting my car to my brother and his wife with ease. The drop off of the vehicle was near my home and the driver was very nice and effectively handled the vehicle during my drop off. I was happily surprised that my car would be dropped off first in California to my brother and his wife. The car was there within a couple of days which was extremely fast. They confirmed the drop off and even called to confirm who would be picking up the vehicle. I will definitely use this company again not only did they have great customer service, they were efficient and cost effective. Thank you guys!

This company has the worst reviews of damages to cars they have transported AND have numerous complaints with the BBB YET they are rated 4.9 while everywhere else they show damaging vehicles they assign to transporters as they DO NOT TRANSPORT vehicles directly. When checking with consumer affairs to make a complaint for their reviews their system WILL NOT ALLOW negative reviews to be posted. Sherpa does pay for their reviews as there are 251 hidden YELP REVIEWS indicating they scam you until you report them to the BBB. RIDICULOUS MANNER OF BUSINESS
So far my experience has been wonderful with this company. My car is not yet shipped but I have had some glitches with my travel plans and Sherpa has been incredibly helpful in changing my dates. I will update my review as we progress! So far great!
