Until today( 9/13/2023) I've always had positive experience with toyota service dept. Today I had a 10.45am appt . By 12 noon, I had not been called. Had to go to desk to ask why. Tech fixed the minor problems. I was out by 12:13 pm. TOO LONG TO WAIT.
I bought a car there, they care about you until you taking car out of dealership and then they done with you. If you coming after a day with the problem, they have nothing to do for you. I bought a car with the warranty but warranty means nothing over there, then I tried to cancel warranty for 2200$ and take money back, they start playing 4 month to doesn't pay my money and finally when they paid it was not the money how much they charge. They are liars, go buy anywhere just not there!!!
