Thanks to Steve and Victor for checking our pool last week and fixing everything yesterday even tho I am not around to check on them, Steve and his Assistant Jenna always update me from time to time.
Showtime Pools replaced our pool pump and filter system, and the service was flawless. Steven personally came out to inspect everything before the installation and made sure we understood how it all worked. The system runs quietly and efficiently now. You can tell this company really values quality and honesty. Highly recommend!
We hired Showtime Pools to remodel our outdated pool, and the results completely exceeded our expectations. From the first consultation with Steve to the final walk-through, everything was handled professionally. The new tile and plaster look incredible. They gave our old pool a brand-new life. We appreciated how they communicated every step and finished right on schedule.
My pool repairs were done as indicated in the original estimate in a timely manner. The staff was very professional and informative with regards to every step of the process. My pool needed various repairs due to a leak in an underground drain. Every effort was made to match the original tile and pavers in addition to the underground work.
I hired them to fix my pool heater. They said it was fixed, but it stopped working again the next day. After that, I kept getting excuses. They ghosted me for a week and then blamed me for “using it wrong.” Seriously? These people have no idea what real service means.

The new tile installation and mini pebble with abalone and glass made the world of difference. Professional and thorough, Steve stays busy and like my own property, he can be without service. But he is dedicated to his business and his clients!
