Unsure why my review is not showing up despite it being verified

Tried to use Simple Health to get birth control when I did not have health insurance.Filled out the consultation. Consultation. Sure. If you can even call it that. They ignored my health history. I specifically asked for mini pills as I had a reaction to combo pills. (OBGYN later confirmed combo pills can make eczema flare up.) Guess what, Simple Health does not give a rat's *** about patient's health history. They prescribed Sprintec, a combo pill.I reached out and Simple Health blamed ME for not being clear in the forms. I mentioned at least 5 times that combo pills caused a reaction and that I'd like to try mini pills. Not sure how that's unclear. Just sounds like the doctors can't read. Then they had the nerve to say I should be happy because they changed the prescription. That's a load of horse dung since my point is the error should not have occurred. When I pointed it out, Simple Healgh flagged my review and I had to prove I used their services. Now they're called Twenty Eight health, who got my information from Simple Health. Twenty Eight Health kept spamming with emails and texts despite me unsubcribing each darn time. They apologized but still doesn't justify anything.

Nothing but thieves

Nothing but thieves. I noticed a payment for $59.99 on my credit card statement and had to Google what it was. Checked my apple subscriptions and there was nothing there. Emailed support and told them I have no idea what the payment was for and the basically told me “tough luck” you have now paid and you have the full year to use it and we will not provide a refund.

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible!! I have stopped taking birth control for almost a year now because of adverse side effects. However I am still being charged and sent birth control every 3 months. I am being refused a refund and was told that my subscription is now 100% canceled. Now they have transferred to twentyeight which is now charging me. I have screen shots and emails that prove my subscription is canceled and I’m still being refused a refund. This is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with and I will soon be seeking legal advise.

No responses to emails

No responses to emails, the phone number seems to be disconnected - left me with no birth control and scrambling to get something through my OBGYN instead.

If there’s an issues, they do not care

The birth control arrived on time, everytime. The problem arises when you order an add on outside of that time and they ship you the wrong product. I’ve reached out 4 times in 10 days, heard zero back on remedies for this.

No customer service

No customer service. There is no number to call for help just a “support” email. Those people don’t respond ether.

Very unreliable and no customer service

I’m leaving two stars only because in the beginning they were great. The last year it’s been one issue after the other. Starting with the fact that they told me I would have to start paying out of pocket regardless of my insurance. Fine. No big deal. Until they sent me an email roughly 5-6 months ago telling me that I’ll no longer have to pay out of pocket, I just need to make sure my profile has my updated insurance info. I checked and verified everything was right until suddenly I was charged again out of pocket. When I contacted them they said they had to update my profile to not be out of pocket when that isn’t something I could do but they can’t return my $45 that I had just paid. Annoyed but I can move past it. Until, they finally just told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it and they were wrong. On top of that the last two months I’ve gone without birth control for days on end because they’re shipping my order late. Two weeks ago they sent me an email saying I need to confirm my order. I tried through their link in the email. It had me check two boxes and sign my name except there was no next button or confirm button etc. I tried emailing them FIVE separate times, once every other day, and the only response I received was an auto generated email stating they would get back to me within Two days. Two weeks later and no one has ever responded to that. Eventually I had to log in to my account on someone’s laptop to which there was then a confirm order button. That was then 3/27 and I had to try that because I got an email from them telling me I had two days to confirm my order or I won’t be getting it. It’s now 4/4 and my order hasn’t even shipped. I’ve tried emailing. No response. They do provide a number to text with the word “URGENT” with order issues, I’ve sent 24 texts to be exact trying to get someone to respond because I now have two pills left before I am completely out. This company is not reliable in any way. I’ve been on birth control pills for seven years and only the last two have I used simplehealth. Great in the beginning. Now I’ll be looking for another provider

Bad service

Placed order on 3/18, it's now 3/30 and I haven't gotten my stuff delivered already. They just now sent me an email saying they couldn't fill the prescription. This was my first time using insurance and it's taking way longer than when I would pay out of pocket. Also they don't answer emails well and leave you hanging wondering what's gonna happen next. Seriously sucks please try another website that actually works.

I REALLY used to love SimpleHealth for…

I REALLY used to love SimpleHealth for how simple it was.It has gone completely down hill.I needed help with my prescription and wasn’t able to approve it on my end. I sent 4 emails within a week, with absolutely no resolution NOR any help from anyone. I changed the prescription hoping that would solve the issue. My order was sent to the pharmacy on March 22nd, and it said to expect shipping details in 1-2 business days. A full week later, and no tracking, or any type of notification if anything was wrong the the prescription. This time I’ve sent 3 text messages and 1 email again with no response. I had to frantically find another place to fill my birth control because of them. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this business anymore. I used to adore them and they truly made my life easier, but not anymore

Don't trust the sponsorships!

I started the service a year ago and had no issues until 2 weeks ago. It was time to renew my prescription and for some reason couldn't verify my phone number. I tried contacting them thinking I need to wait for 2 WEEKS! But then just decided to get another service. I went through the motions of deleting my account. But they recently charged me for a prescription I haven't renewed. I plan on disputing it so I'll see how that goes but don't trust them!

Tried to charge me almost $600

I have been using them since the summer of 2021 and never had a problem. You actually used to be able to talk to a real person. This week i had a terrible experience and will never use them again! I was getting a new prescription since i had run out and asked to be on the same one I’ve always used since 2021. Well not only did the “doctor” change my prescription to something completely different it was also going to cost $570.00!!!!! Yes almost $600 they were planning on charging me! I was freaking out trying to text and email, telling them to change my prescription because i could NOT afford to pay that much. Not exactly surprising but i never heard anything back from them. So before my order even began being processed i had to cancel my debit card because 1.) I couldn’t get in contact with a real person and never got a response to my emails or texts 2). There’s no option to cancel your subscription until AFTER they ship your birth control. I’m genuinely still paranoid the charge is going to somehow go through even tho the card was canceled and the charge was never pending in my account. But if you’re thinking about trying out simplehealth don’t.

I would give them zero stars if I…

I would give them zero stars if I could. Reading these reviews I can see I am not alone. I have been previously using the service for over a year but when I came to renew they suddenly weren’t accepting my same insurance that had been covering my medication for the past year. They charged me 60 dollars without my approval and claimed to have sent out my birth control. The tracking link said it arrived on 3/11. Still no birth control and I have not been able to reach anyone have multiple email attempts. It is an automated reply saying they will get back to me within 2 business days which has clearly not happened. I am out 60 dollars and no birth control. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I have cancelled and will never return. I am not one to ever take the time to write a bad review but I believe others need to be warned if you are considering using their service. DO NOT USE SIMPLE HEALTH!!!!

Zero Customer Service, other than a useless robot chat

This is what I've had to deal with the past two weeks. I got notice today that said 'sorry we missed you.' That is beyond disrespectful. I emailed your support 5 times in two weeks and NOT ONCE did anyone respond. Nothing in my inboxes, spam, or trash. The real kicker is that it is THE SAME pill I've been on even though I asked to be put on something else. I had to go through all my reasons that I have to have a pill that contains estrogen AGAIN. The doc still put me on one without and the battle started all over again. Simple Health was the easiest and most consistent way to get my birth control especially during covid. Over the past 6 months I have had some issue every single time I try to contact Simple Health, 9 times out of 10, I won't be able to talk to a human. I've talked to the chat robot for over an hour trying to figure out how to get around him and talk to a person. I have failed to get to a human really, in all but one of my attempts to make a change. That boils down to just ONE TIME that I have been able to reach a person. This is the first time I saw the this number to contact via text. I am not a needy customer and don't ask for much and my request for help over the past two weeks would have been so easy for someone to answer me and solve the issue. I have been a member and loyal customer since July 2021. There has been one, maybe two times that I had any kind of problem. It has been so frustrating that I would like to close my account. I emailed support and haven't been surprised that no one has responded. In summary: All I wanted to do was approve my order but was unable to -no matter what browser or equipment I used I was unable to submit approval. I tried to get help from the bot and got no where closer to a resolution for my problem and no closer to having any kind of conversation with a human. After reaching out 5 times, now 7 after writing this text and the message I sent this evening as well, I still have not gotten a call, email, snail mail, ANYTHING in response to me practically begging for help. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I have never cancelled any sort of RX or service because of the lack of attention that is being given customers who ask for it. It's sad. I will not be recommending this service to anyone ever again. Thank you for being my source for birth control when finding an in person doctor was not an option. I hope you guys are able to find a way back to how things were and show your customers that you actually care and want to help.I didn't get the feeling you care about what your customers are going through and just wanted to push pills out of the door. It's been an extremely uncomfortable past few weeks. Really do wish you all best.Take care.

Cannot stop or cancel subscription

Without any notice, birth control, pills were sent to me. I was notified. They were on their way, and I was not able to cancel the order. I attempted to contact them and could not find their phone number. I texted the number they provided and did not receive a reply. Therefore, I had to pay for a product I did not need.

Terrible Customer Service

I moved recently. After trying to update my address multiple times, simple health still shipped my order to the wrong address. The website makes it almost impossible to update any details. Then, I tried to contact customer support telling them what had happened and they basically told me it was my fault. They did not help in any way, they did not try to make the situation better. They pretty much told me I'm out $60 dollars, and if I wanted I could pay another $60 to get my birth control. I told them I was going to find another company -- and you should too.
