Been 3 weeks since order, downloaded the app that they said I can track shipping with and says hasn’t been dispatched despite ‘express shipping’ concerned I won’t even get my money back

Scammers. Stay away
Submitted an order over 3 weeks ago. My order has not been dispatched. No response to my emails asking for an update. These guys are a scam. Don’t order from them.

The shipping is very expensive
The shipping is very expensive. We were desperate for snow boots and had no choice as we were leaving for Japan in a few days. I was charged $50 for shipping two pairs of snow boots and when they arrived, the shipping stamped on the mail bag was for $26. It was just disappointing that no one cared enough to give a refund. I don't mind paying for stock, but you shouldn't be making a profit off shipping.

Great customer service and quality boots
Great customer service! I purchased a pair of snow boots but they were unfortunately too small, I was stressing as I was leaving for the snow in 5 days. I contacted Snow Skiers Warehouse and they were more than helpful. They suggested I purchase another pair express post and return that pair for a full refund! I have just received my new snow boots and they fit perfectly and just in time for my trip!

You guys were great
You guys were great. Just a note though that Toll (the freight company) were terrible. Delivery was 9 days after the estimate shown on their site, which would have been no worries if they'd been able to keep me up to date on what was going on, but their customer service line is terrible. Suggest going with someone else.

I had been looking for a pair of Burton…
I had been looking for a pair of Burton bib pants for weeks as a present for my husband but could not find any. I finally came across the snow skiers warehouse that not only stocked what I needed but was able to express post the item to me. I purchased the items and received them the following day. The item was in great condition. I would highly recommend them
