No delivery/no refund!
I made a purchase on 28 November. My order sat in a carrier's warehouse for 7 days. When I questioned this with Solgar the onus was put on me to update 'delivery preferences'. There was no such facility on the carrier's website but anyway I shouldn't have to do anything to receive my order.I have repeatedly asked for a refund but have been ignored. On 26 December Solgar will have held on to my money for 4 weeks. I will be taking legal action if I haven't received a refund by that date
