Nothing, just keep up your high standard and keep Britain tidy and it’s nice to be nice and polite to people, but the overriding thoughts is that your product is fantastic thank you Paul 🫶🏼

I invested hundreds of dollars into Sonos products expecting a premium, intuitive experience. What I got instead is one of the most frustrating, poorly designed apps I have ever used. The new Sonos app is completely unintuitive. Basic functions like viewing connected speakers are buried behind confusing menus and hidden controls. Navigation feels like a guessing game. Nothing is where you expect it to be.After hours of troubleshooting, I contacted customer support and was told — casually — that “Sonos doesn’t support Starlink.” That information would have been extremely useful BEFORE purchasing an expensive multi-speaker system.Starlink is widely used, especially in rural areas. If Sonos has compatibility limitations, that should be clearly disclosed. Instead, customers are left to discover this only after setup problems occur. For a company positioning itself as premium, this level of app design and transparency is unacceptable.Until Sonos significantly improves its app usability and clearly states compatibility limitations, I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing.
