No Customer Service
Unfortunately, Sony Music’s customer service has been ghosting me for half a year now. One of my headphones is losing battery extremely quickly, and I contacted them to claim the warranty. I’m starting to wonder whether they even have a functioning customer service team or if they’re simply waiting until my warranty expires.

Horrible service
It said that shipping method is 4-8 business days. What they don’t tell you is that it takes 2 weeks to process the order. My order also said that I would get it before Christmas and now I won’t get it until the 29th. I tried reaching out and have not received any response.

Absolutely Disgraceful Behaviour by Sony Music Entertainment (SME)
Absolutely Disgraceful Behaviour by Sony Music Entertainment (SME)I am beyond disappointed with SME. I proposed to my girlfriend — one of the most important, emotional, and unforgettable moments of our lives — and had it all captured on video during a wedding, with the DJ playing a background song in a public venue. When I uploaded the video to Facebook to share that memory with family and friends, SME muted the entire audio due to a supposed copyright issue.I disputed the claim, explaining clearly that this was a personal, non-commercial moment, not a music video or monetized content. But SME didn’t care. They rejected it with no explanation, no empathy, and no understanding of the context. You’ve muted a real human memory — a once-in-a-lifetime moment — over background music that was played by someone else in a public setting. You’ve prioritized corporate control over human connection. This is not protecting artists. This is corporate overreach at its worst. Shame on you, SMEPLEASE GO AWAY YOU, AND YOUR PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR YOUR MUSIC, WE DO NOT WANT TO BUY YOUR SONY PRODUCTS.

Corporate copyright trolls at their finest!
They block many songs on YouTube and EVEN video games that has their music in them. They even berates YouTube viewers and creators. They are also infamous for breaking song playlists and GTA walkthroughs.

Now That's What I Call...RUBBISH!
Just listened to my new copy of Now That's what I call 60s Pop (White Vinyl 3 record set)Packaging and vinyl are so impressive looking BUT:the sound quality (non quality) is uber disappointing and very poorly produced. Digitized in the extreme, with lots of instruments barely audible! COME ON SONY!!! For thirty quid, that's what I call TRASH
