One reason why
The lady at the desk, I believe her name was Jovinta, this is about her. First of all I don't do reviews because customer service nowadays is so bad, but this young lady was awesome ! She went out of her way not even knowing if I was going to rent, showing me rental units, not trying to upsell me, just being a good all around person and great asset to the company. I could have shopped around and probably saved a few more dollars but it wasn't worth it after the service I received. It's my experience that service like that is 2 reasons. She was raised a good person and secondly, she has good management backing her. So thank you Extra Space Storage and thank you Jovinta. If you stop by tell her Ray said hello.

STORAGE FROM SIMKINS WAS CHANGED TO BASIN BY COMPUTER CLOSER TO MY AREA.
THERE WERE UNITS IN MY SIZE PREFERRED SIZE, MUCH CLOSER TO MY LIVING QUARTERS. THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE BY COMPUTER FROM SIMKINS STORAGE TO BASIN ST STORAGE UNITS, ALTHO MY PAPERWORK SAYS 900 SIMKINS, MY STORAGE UNITS ARE AT 1480 BASIN, AND MOVING INTO THEM WAS CONVENIENT AND EASY.
