Overall a very nice service
It took some time for the item to arrive. Why did it take that long? I was something disappointed because of the size of the item. It looked rather tiny; way smaller than I imagined from the view on the product photo. But it is a beautiful item. Especially, I love the tasteful presentation of the item. That was very well done.

No answer on email requests
I have ordered a 7 chakra necklace which has a defect pendant (2 times the same symbol for 2 different chakras). First I have asked for an exchange, 3 days later for a return. Never got an answer.
