Highest standard of professional service I have ever had from a garage - i will always be going here - love it - the mechanics are amazing and the reception keeps me informed at all times - best value for money too - am loyal to this garage now
We all know its hard to find a decent garage that you can trust, one to do the job right and secondly not to pull your pants down with the bill. Having recently bought a used BMW X1 I took it to this garage for their opinions on the power steering pipes.While there they did a thorough check over the car, put it onto their ramp and discovered a split CV boot but gave a positive appraisal overall. I was most impressed with their approach, and am booking the car in once they confirm when the parts will be available. Nice to find a garage who care about what they do and clearly strive to offer a first class service.Car is MM08NNN BMW X1

I purchsed the F37 Treadmill and have had issues with it from the off. The belt never moved fluently and would occasionally make you feel like you were going to go flying off it when it stuttered. The speed of the treadmill was inaccurate, never moved as quick as suggested, it was easy to run at 14km over a significant distance - being a seasoned runner I know my capabilities!! The treadmill was not used regularly due to these issues, and as a result it still looks brand new. The running plate cracked down the middle making it unusable. The customer service is absolutely shocking. They do not rely to emails. If chased they will reply, but months later! They have not offered any support or offered to fix/replace the treadmill plate. Despite being sent information and pictures they are still asking for the same information to be sent! I would avoid this company at all costs! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done!
AVOID!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I brought a treadmill from them & firstly doesn’t come with any UK adapters - no mention of this on website. The treadmill broke after having it only 7 months. I’ve been emailing them since December 2021- now late February 2022. I have only had 2 generic emails from them in reply saying they will be in touch as soon as possible.I’m yet to get through to them on the phone. On top of this no one seems to be able to fix treadmills even locally despite me doing lots of searching so just be aware. I’d buy from a local company to you if possible so at least if something go’s wrong you’ll actually have luck talking to another human…
If I could give this company 0 stars I would… They have the most atrocious customer service and never get back to you. I was delivered a broken running machine which I paid a lot of money for. The machine was bought to help my mum get her fitness back following her cancer treatment. As it was broken my Mum has not been able to use it and has negatively impacted her health, They did not reply to my emails when I let them know the machine was broken and would never return my calls even though I pleaded with them. When I received a response they advised that because of Brexit they would not be able to pick up the running machine due to being charged import fees. I was asked to obtain quotes from mechanics and they would pay for the repair. When I finally managed to find a mechanic they again did not reply. This is the worst company I have ever come across and I would advise AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS.I am so disappointed with their product and feel sad that my Mum has had to endure this ordeal through her chemotherapy and treatment.
Absolutely awful customer service , who do not care how long it takes to resolve the problem and feel that an answer of we're dealing with it - for weeks and weeks, is acceptable.I bought of £3,000 of equipment from them and have had 2 problems with the rowing machine and they could not be worse at dealing with issues. I wouldn't buy from them again.
£500+ bicycle resistance broke after a few months of continuous use, and a bicycle pedal was sent instead of the correct replacement part due to mix up. The next order never arrived/went missing, and several delays in the replacement part. I have still not received a replacement part and customer service has gone quiet on me.
Never again will I buy from this company still waiting for a refund after 6 months.
Recently bought treadmills for our chain of gyms, customer service staff did a great job knowing exactly what we needed and worked within our budget really well.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE, BOUGHT A £1.2K BIKE, FAULTY, SENT NEW PARTS, FAULTY, SAT IN MY GARAGE FROM JUNE TO DEC AFTER DAILY EMAILS, PHONE CALLS TO THEM TO COLLECT, THEY DID NOT CARE!!!!. THEIR COURIER COMPANY XDP WERE HORRENDOUS AND FAILED TO APPEAR 3 TIMES!!!!!! DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!!!!!!

If highly rated businesses keep doing like this, it can be really sad, what do we then call this? Are we still going to blame the pandemic? Got a bicycle for my little nephew, the bicycle broke in less than 4 months of usage, he only rides at home. Not good.
Please, prevent yourself from suffering the same fate as a lot of dissatisfied customer like myself ( see the number of 1 rated red stars, it is not a coincidence that it is that high especially in the last 6 months) The customer service journey I experienced when the expensive-for-nothing equipment had a fault was frustrating to say the least and because I was an overseas customer, I think made the treatment I experienced even worse. Their strategy seems to be, to wear you down with countering email messages with frustrating response of their own until you give up and move on. Please, if you don't live on Germany think hard before you decide to buy.
SX600 Bike broke within first 8 months. I have been in contact with their customer service team, who, after long last have, so far, gotten back to me, and informed me that a replacement part is on its way. However, whenever the arrival date nears, they change that date and inform me that the part will arrive at a new date, usually in another 6-8 weeks. The latest arrival date for the part passed a week ago, and they are yet to reply to emails. After spending nearly £1k on a bike, it has been gathering dust for over 6 months. I would advise everyone to avoid this company, if you have any issues with it, they will not help resolve themUPDATE: I have now received an email stating that the parts will not arrive till mid November, despite assuring me a number of times that the 20th September was a confirmed date.
After fairly light use, the running board under the running belt has cracked down the middle on my F37 treadmill. Its pretty much useless in its current state. Looking on-line, this seems common problem, with people reporting poor responses from Sportstech. I've contacted customer support, and they have offered to ship a new running board, so we'll see what happens...(UPDATE) So the new running board arrived, and I replaced the badly cracked original (which was made out of much weaker material than the replacement). Problem solved, but it did take a fair degree of mechanical skill and tools to make the swap.
Ordered on 21st July 2021 - They explained it will take around 12 days and took payment immediately. Followed up after one week (28th July) they said there is a delay but would be 9-12days from now and provided a shipment confirmation however no tracking details. I waited 1 month after ordering still no tracking they blamed delays by shipper - asked for Refund and they said not possible until item is returned - had to raise claim with paypal for refund.
