Extremely Pleased

After reading mulitple reviews, I was a little hesitant on ordering the Philadelphia Eagles Velour Sweatsuit; however, I really wanted it to go with my outfits for my birthday trip to Chicago .. So I clicked and I am sooooo happy I did; I purchased expedited delivery and it was on time ... The suit fits almost perfectly; but I am short (5'5") so I will have to get the pants hemmed; 200lbs; curves, hips and booty; i got the XXL pants

I ordered a beanie almost a month ago

I ordered a beanie almost a month ago. The money was taken out of my account almost immediately. ($29), still no delivery! Trying to track an order is difficult, as you need the SHOP app to track. The only way to communicate with the company is thru email. After a week since email, they have informed me that someone will contact me. 4days later still waiting 😡. Do not order from this site!

Low End Vendor

Merchandise is of very poor quality for the high price. They would not accept responsibility for the quality issue and bear the return shipping costs. If they going to sell poor quality products online, they should take the return at their cost otherwise sell only quality products. This appears to be a low end vendor looking for one-off sales (unconcerned with gaining repeat buyers). A roll of the dice for the customer. Buyer beware!

Have not received my order

I have ordered from this company emailed them several times. I paid for 1-2 day shipping I still have not received my items. I have contacted FedEx they stated call the company so that they can file a claim. I can not reach this company, I can not find a phone number. They have been paid in full. I hate I had to click on a star to leave a review. They do not deserve a star. I want a full refund or my merchandise. It has been over a month since I ordered from this company. They have not contacted me back. Please Please don’t order anything from this company! Joy Drummond

I ordered XL size sweat pants

I ordered XL size sweat pants. The ones that came were way too small. The company's excuse was: "Unfortunately, our sizes do run smaller than most" but they don't tell the customer that!!!The company reused to pay for return postage.

Terrible Company

Terrible Company. I ordered a number of things prior to Christmas. Some arrived but others were not in the shipment. I tried emailing the company 6 times since and did not get a response until a month later. But still no refund or products. They do not have a phone number or way to contact them other than email. Do not buy from this Company.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAMMERS

I ordered Christmas presents from this company on December 9th. It's now January 16th and the order was not received. I have sent three emails to them asking for a refund, and NO RESPONSE. Horrible customer service. Avoid these scammers there are legit sports stores to order from. I learned my lesson.

I placed an order

I placed an order. The payment was taken out of my account immediately. I received a notice that my items were on their way. The tracking states that a label was printed. FedEx has not received anything in regards to my order. I have emailed the company several times with no response. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I will never order again

Sent me the wrong item and expect me to return it before they send me the correct item ordered It is their fault, not mine. And then they want me to also send a payment just so that I can talk to someone, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Just send me the correct item and then you get your returned item

I have emailed the 3 times at this point. They lied on their website about Christmas shipping. Now I am trying to return the item because the order arrived way later them expected. It’s radio silence when it comes to their customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from them. I’ll be calling my bank today and taking further action.

Don’t Order From This Company

I Definitely didn’t read any reviews. Wish I would have.. I just ordered from them and they changed a product I ordered to something else without saying a word.. This is crazy and with it being the holidays it’s going to take for ever to get this situation resolved. I will not be ordering from them ever again..

Imposing a fee to customers due to shoplifter is not a good idea. Why should customers be punished. Also if you have someone coming to store with knife to shoplift I would get armed security not put loss on customers. I know I won't buy anything because of this ridiculous fee and you putting in news.

No customer service, order elsewhere

No customer service. I’ve emailed 3 times in the last 2 weeks to see how to go about returning an item. No response at all. This company is a joke!!!

No actual customer service. Just be patient.

Thus...... I patiently waited the 3-7 business days and Christmas came and went.... These folks really don't care about customer service. Just the sale and kick the shipping issues down the road. This was my correspondence when I requested and update. BTW. the 7th business day was Christmas eve. It is up to the customer to follow up.... HMMMM... What's wrong with that? Just sharing my experience and I wouldn't recommend. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately, due to increased holiday volume, most carriers are experiencing delays in reporting progress and delivering merchandise. I've had several inquiries in which customers have seen no movement in their order, only for their order to suddenly arrive. Thus, we are asking customers to give their packages a little extra time to arrive. Please allow the 3 to 7 business days shipping you purchased for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived by then, please reach out to us.

WISH I READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Like others have said, AFTER you order they claim shipping delays. When my order didn't ship within the 'stated' shipping period, I emailed AND called to cxl because it would definitely not arrive before Christmas. They did not cxl, just shipped it 2 days ago, and to return it (assuming they would even process it) I'm still out the $8.95 shipping charge AND another return shipping charge. STAY AWAY!!!!!
