Very careful this junky company. They sent me twice vacant boxes 📦. I had to dispute twice with my bank. Thanks for my bank otherwise you wouldn’t get money back. When your Oder is small value or you are beginner shop on this site they treat you honesty. Once you place order bigger as me I started placing order 1k+item, they used USPS on same day shipping and the boxes are vacant! How shame on this company from Canada 🇨🇦! Moreover, has anyone noticed about its reviews. Each complaint in here’s review the company hires online trolls to feign several good reviews to conceal one of previous negative reviews. How scam Canadian company which spends energy on scam!

It was Jessica.Was told they are looking into the matter with manager and then disappeared not responding at all.Few emails sent a week or so passed absolutely no response.I don't even know what to think.Distorted mentality ?

I recently ordered a pair of pants worth $680; they were delivered outside my door without notice or a signature & were immediately stolen. Customer service has been more interrogative than helpful — I requested them to ship a new pair or refund my money; no response. I’m still waiting!! Do not reccomend due to the bad customer service for such high ticket items.

Selling Defective Luxury Items and Refusing Returns
I had an extremely disappointing experience with SSENSE. Most of the items I purchased during their final sale arrived defective. Even more concerning, despite providing clear photographic evidence of the defects, my return requests were denied under the blanket justification of “final sale.”In one instance, I purchased an item costing nearly $500 that arrived damaged. Instead of accepting a return for a defective product, SSENSE offered me a $50 partial refund to keep the item. I declined and requested a proper resolution, but the return was refused. As a result, I filed a consumer complaint with Ontario.ca and disputed the charge through PayPal.While waiting for that matter to be addressed, I gave SSENSE the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it was not. I later ordered a blazer priced at approximately $1,000, which also arrived defective. The blazer had three buttons but only two functional buttonholes—the third buttonhole was completely blocked, making the garment unwearable.I reported the issue immediately. Four days later, I still had not received any response from customer service. I will be filing an additional complaint with Ontario.ca to document this repeated pattern and will again dispute the charge through PayPal.It is deeply concerning that a luxury retailer would sell defective merchandise, refuse returns for faulty products, and fail to respond promptly to customer inquiries—especially at this price point. Publicly responding to reviews to suggest the issue has been “resolved” while simultaneously refusing a legitimate return is misleading and unacceptable.Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against purchasing from SSENSE, particularly final sale items.
