Bought a popcorn machine stand that was…

Bought a popcorn machine stand that was supposed to be shipped in 3 business days... Took over a month! Constantly tried to reach customer service to no avail. They say they have a price match guarantee, I filled out paperwork online for the guarantee and nobody ever contacted me. The cabinet itself has a slightly crooked door when closed... Ended up buying a different table for my popcorn machine and just using the popcorn stand for towels in the spare bathroom. Big disappointment especially considering a 4oz stand was almost $400.

Theater Room Sconces

Ordered 5 theater themes sconces from the company for home theater in basement. They arrived in timely fashion, but one appeared used and was damged. Spoke with Richard in customer service and sent pictures of the sconce via email. Richard responded to the email within an hour and a new light was shipped and on my doorstep within two days. I was provided with tracking information via email and he called me directly to let me know of the resolution. The lights are now up in my theater room and look great. While I was originally unhappy that an item was delivered in poor condition, I was extremely satisfied with the quick resolution and delivery of a replacement. I would recommend the company and feel very comfortable ordering from the again in the future. Thanks again Richard.

Fabulous Cinema Door

My contractor just installed the Stargate Cinema door on my new theater. It is beautiful! I am so impressed with the quality. It exceeded my expectations and gives the whole lobby and theater a professional feel. I contacted customer support to get updates on shipping, and Richard Valdez personally attended to every matter, including shipping, tracking information, follow up that I received everything I needed, and contacted their vendor directly to ensure I received the automatic door closure. Richard followed up with me with a personal phone call and email. I am truly impressed and can't wait to for my friends and family to see my awesome theater door! Great wow factor! :)

GREAT SERVICE! NO WORRIES!

I was very skeptical on ordering from Stargate Cinems after reading reviews that they had gone out of business. Needless to say, the product arrived quickly and the staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. All of the negative reviews are from last year (2014) when it was owned by someone else. The website has been purchased by a different company and they were great to work with. No worries on my order people.
