Bad refund policy
I bought american truck simulator and no problems until 2 years later it started having problems I wanted refund they refused I felt I got ripped offI will no longer trust buying from them anymore.

My friend got he’s account hacked
My friend got he’s account hacked. With it he lost all he’s csgo skins worth around 1000 euro. He also lost almost all he’s games and money on he’s steam.We both contacted steam for help but they won’t do anything at all even tho we can prove everything. They don’t care about the people that use money and they help the hackers. Never have I seen a company with a more worse support. Don’t ever use steam

Support is crap and the game is rigged
Support is crap and the game is rigged. you need to spend for accuracy and match macking is just whatever. Suspicious players are keept because for valve it is normal for someone to experience with cheats. and it gives you a pol of players to fixed against people who are eihter unnapy with the anti rat system or just people who havent spent for a while . the priority is set to normal uless you change that ...pathetic. new players and grievers are match with you so you can get team flashed blocked deadd by some tart kid there with two three friend harrassing others and eventually kicking the player not happy to be they sand bag. than valve dim you toxic and will put you in that pol anyway...like they wouldnt have. ultimately valve isnt doing the job they claim on doing and justt think of frustrated people spending, hoping it will happen everyday. It s is un ethical to leave this people in charge of a platform used by children

I cannot download at full speed
I cannot download at full speed. I tried to clean the memory tried to reset internet connetion etc. On other platforms it goes almost full speed on steam it goes 1/10 of my download speed...

Do not buy games from Steam

Steam is essential for PC gamers
Steam is essentially the go to platform for PC gaming. Love it or hate it, Steam has a massive catalogue of games, an active community, frequent sales, an easy refund policy, site meta games and a workshop feature. There are so many positives that push Steam ahead of it's rivals, and whilst it has slipped a little with it's refusal to innovate, nothjing else compares to what Steam can offer.Every PC owner should have a Steam account.

you don't own the games you buy- and at any time you could be impersonated and banned. I hate this type of game store- let us own our games and play them offline already. they will not refund you for any reason after 2 hours of gameplay input even if thats just on a loading screen.no just no.
