Supermedia.com change in customer service

I have been purchasing ink cartridges from this company for at least the last 4-5 years and generally have been very satisfied with the quality and performance of their OEM cartridges. One time in the past I had a black cartridge that was apparently filled with weak or diluted ink because my black printing was faint. When I complained, they readily credited my account. My most recent experience with their web site is lacking because when I search for the cartridge type I want to purchase, I get feedback saying "No cartridges available". I have left requests for call back at their phone contact number, but to date have no response from the company. I don't know if there have been some sort of management changes with this company or what is happening. Something seems to have changed.

I have been using SuperMediaStore for several years now and I have YET to be disappointed. Quality is top-notch, delivery is outstanding ! Would definitely recommend it to others

Tell Supermediastore to make sure a signature is required at delivery

My package was shipped by UPS. I live on a city street. There's no front yard, no gate etc. It is my row home & then steps that are on a city sidewalk. The UPS driver left my package on my top step. I have had 3 packages stolen. I end up getting replacements but my personal info is on my invoice. I filed my 3rd complaint w/ UPS about them leaving a package in an insecure location. This was UPS's response: "It is your job to let the shipper know that you want the package to require a signature so it will not be left outside.' I hate UPS, love Supermediastore. I received an e-mail from Supermediastore saying my package required a signature & would be delivered the following day. UPS said the package did not require a signature. Just let Supermediastore know to make sure it is noted that a signature is required if you do not have a secure location to leave packages.I shop Supermediastore all the time.

How can they stay in business acting this way?

If it's too good to be true... They attempt to sell things they do not have, make promises they can not keep and then the horrible customer service comes in to finish the deal. I double checked before placing an order for a printer because the price seemed too good, toner showed up but two weeks later I started calling (they never informed me of anything until I asked... and asked...) This is a quote I eventually from an email I got from them... verbatim.. "We are sorry to inform you, your order has been canceled because this item is currently on back-order and we do not have an estimated time of arrival for this product. We understand you were informed we did have this item in stock earlier today but the representative was misinformed."
