Supermedia.com change in customer service
I have been purchasing ink cartridges from this company for at least the last 4-5 years and generally have been very satisfied with the quality and performance of their OEM cartridges. One time in the past I had a black cartridge that was apparently filled with weak or diluted ink because my black printing was faint. When I complained, they readily credited my account. My most recent experience with their web site is lacking because when I search for the cartridge type I want to purchase, I get feedback saying "No cartridges available". I have left requests for call back at their phone contact number, but to date have no response from the company. I don't know if there have been some sort of management changes with this company or what is happening. Something seems to have changed.
