I just want to say that you gentlemen are number one when it comes to self defense and combat all together!I can’t get enough of your Systema Spetsnaz training! Please keep up the good work, I myself am a MMA fighter but nothing would wanna make me mess with the Russians, you guys are incredible!!!
I attended the Los Angeles Systema training seminar with Vadim Starov, and the work was awesome. I was completely shocked at the effectiveness of the Spetsnaz training in action. It was very impressive all of it. I also would like to say that Vadim is an excellent teacher,we would not move on until everything was completely understood,and he explained everything in great detail including the psychology.This guy is for real Spetsnaz. It was awesome!
