Wouldn't even give them 1 star. The colour of roses requested was a completely different colour. Flowers damaged and stems with no heads. Asked for flowers to be delivered as single stems. Delivered as a bouquet with flowers squashed together and damanaged and when I contacted them, they said I requested damaged good, which I obviously did not! Also tried to claim the flowers were not in a bouquet yet they were in wrapping and a ribbon all together so clearly in a bouquet. They tried to lie to me and have ignored all my emails since the first one requesting a refund. Avoid this company. Poor quality flowers and poor customer service. Never dealt with such a unhelpful company before. Even sent in photographic evidence to back up what I was saying and these were clearly ignored in their response back to me.
