First Class
I am extremely satisfied with the comprehensive service provided throughout the bathroom renovation process. The design phase was executed with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in a layout that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The installation team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a commendable commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Furthermore, the level of customer service was exemplary—communications were prompt, courteous, and informative at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others seeking high-quality workmanship and outstanding client care."

Superb from start to (very quick) finish
Renovating a full downstairs and had spoke to this company a couple of years before at the ideal home show where I had decided to use them when starting work.Initial appointment was a piece of cake with Martin coming down to view the current wetroom … a further appointment the following week for a design and then ripping out the wetroom and installing the new one only took 2.5 days a month later Absolutely delighted with the end result and the fitters went above and beyond while working and also took great care to respect my current home Five stars all round and would use again in a heartbeat. If only my bozo kitchen company were as good !!Love you’sBye x

An excellent en suite bathroom refurbishment
At the showroom, we were very warmly greeted by Gillian, the receptionist, and Hugo who actually ended up designing our small en suite. We liked his design so much that we didn't need to alter it in any way! We didn't even change his choice of travertine tiles which we loved when we saw the proposed design on the visualiser. We had a short window of opportunity for an en suite shower room installation which TBCG kindly obliged us.Richard called out and took measurements and discussed some issues. We were advised that the work would take 4 days and when it would start. Come the time, we had a succession of skilled tradesmen involved in our 4 day installation viz:-Liam briefly on day 1, but mainly Dougie and Bob, plumber and joiner, who were with us throughout. They were wonderful. They were involved with the removal of the old en suite, (which was kept very tidily on our driveway on a black plastic sheet which was ultimately removed v efficiently by 2 men with a van at the end of the project) and the installation of our new shower, a Gerberit wash hand basin and Aquaclean toilet/bidet which we highly recommend btw! The tilers, Kieran and Alan were excellent at installing our 1200x600cm tiles on floor and walls, as, indeed, was Martin, the excellent plasterer and, finally, Iain and Craig who installed the pump. 13 skilled people were involved with our small project and all arrived timeously making this a very rare thing-a well planned an executed exercise.Had we been called away from home during this refurbishment, we'd have had no hesitation in leaving our home in Dougie and Bob's care.

Very polite and tidy, and clearly very competent.Overall very happy and can strongly recommend.

Wouldn’t use again if last company on earth
This has to be the worst outfit of bathroom fitters in Glasgow possibly Scotland. 8 months ago they flooded my kitchen and promised no end to sort it. I have now decided to bite the bullet and repair the kitchen out of my own pocket (£2,500). They promised me they were insured but when I tried to claim on their insurance it turns out they are only insured for the showroom not working in peoples homes! Richard assured me he would sort it, I left a similar review after a couple of months because despite Richard’s promises nothing had materialised. This was then followed by threatening phones calls to sue me from Richard, once he calmed down he promised if I take the review down he will fix my kitchen and not ‘sue’ me.However I have now given up on his empty promises to fix the damage they have caused. I just wanted a new up stairs shower and bathroom and ended up with a flooded kitchen downstairs and because this company isn’t insured I’ve had to foot the bill myself. Not ideal when living off a state pension! Thanks for reading my review, main bit of advise use absolutely any other company on this planet when looking to get a new bathroom. Avoid this outfit at all costs!!I’ve contacted trading standards as I don’t think this company is fit to operate in people’s homes.

Manager rude
Manager rude, lazy even to show us catalog telling us to dowland it from website. Lazy even to stand up from the desk. Lying about products. Lying about delivery. We were returning customers but never again!

Five Star Experience
This was a great experience from our first home visit with Ritchie, to our planning appointment. Martin guided us through the planning process, offered useful advice and suggestions without any high pressure sales. There is a great range of top quality bathrooms and accessories to choose from. To our amazement our large bathroom was completed in only four days, exactly to the agreed specification. Fitters Sean, Morgan, Ben and Craig where very professional, courteous, helpful and hardworking, the standard of their work is exemplary. We are delighted with our new bathroom and the five star service we received throughout from the whole team, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new bathroom.

Average
Have ended up with a bathroom which looks great but have had a few problems. Within two weeks of the work being completed, water has been leaking through the ceiling due to shower not being properly sealed, trim has had to be replaced as the silver on the trim has been pealing and the hinge on the toilet has broken due to it not being properly fitted. When getting a quote they claimed that the wall plasterboards and the floor boards would be replaced, this didn't happen. When I queried this I was told that due to the type of walls they couldn't replace the plasterboards and that they never said they would replace the floor boards. At the time of getting the quote this was a big selling point from them, where they claimed they weren't happy leaving in the old plasterboards and floorboards as they didn't know what damage may have been done to them, it was also one of the reasons why they said they were more expensive than their competitors. While the bathroom was being installed they didn't speak to me about not replacing the plasterboard and I had to raise it with them. I appreciate that they may be telling the truth about not being able to replace due to the type of walls but don't understand how this therefore didn't result is some sort of discount of the original price and why they didn't tell me they wouldn't be replaced.Overall they have done an average job but due to the price I was expecting better than average.
