A life-changing experience
This program (and my coach Erica) helped me to focus on small, daily changes that were sustainable and incredibly effective. Even though I wasn’t consistent in my nutrition goals, I was consistent in my focus on drinking enough water, moving my body, and strength training. Those changes, in combination with a new focus on protein, resulted in a transformation of my body and mind. I’ve learned so much through this experience; the most important being that it’s important for me to prioritize caring for myself and not just everyone else.

I am having a great experience with Coach Erica. Every time that I hit a dead end or start getting frustrated with myself, she talks me very gently off the ledge with facts and plenty of encouragement. She is so knowledgeable and skilled in her role. I am amazed by everything that I have learned from her about my biochemistry and this phase of life in perimenopause. I know that I will reach my goals with Erica as my Coach. I'm very happy to have this program as a resource.

Complete game changer
This program is has been a complete game changer since starting to go through menopause. I was stuck and not sure of my next steps with food and exercise. The program isn’t cheap but it is worth every dollar as it is an investment into your future health and well being. I’m no longer stuck
I joined because I had reached a point in my fitness journey and perimenopause where I kept gaining weight and didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin or clothing! Body Blueprint has been amazing for helping me navigate menopause. Their plant-based program taught me how to fuel my body and hit my macros while supporting my hormones. I decided to take the step of doing something for my health and future after seeing Rose online. I was paired with Coach Jane, who’s been amazing to work with! She’s been so encouraging especially through my job loss right after starting. I really appreciate the weekly check-in and monthly calls as accountability is key for me. Jane is always responsive. My workouts are customized as are meal suggestions and tweaks to my nutritional goals. I’m down 8 lbs and I’m losing inches also! One of the best investments you can make in your health
Sara and Rose are charming, smart, supportive, and committed. I've loved this program! I work in an intense environment as a healthcare professional and have a plant-based health coaching business of my own. In my own menopause journey, I hit a wall, trying all the tricks in my own book, but they weren't working. Much like an athlete might hire a coach or trainer, I know enough to know I don't know everything. I really needed someone who could help me look at my health journey from a different perspective. Sara has been able to do just that. She's been supportive in my need to balance my constantly changing work schedule. I came in wanting after speak with Rose to learn about the foods. That’ll check the hormones. I am gluten fructose and lactose intolerant. Also have hypothyroidism so I can’t have soy. In month two I asked my coach Erica three times let’s move onto the food for the hormones only on the third time. Did she send me a link to a video and PDFs and told me I can do my own research?. I didn’t join for a workout plan because I can write workout routines and I’m not one who likes to hear you’re doing good. You’re a beast. I compete with myself from the day before. Yes when I started I was eating 800 cal. You don’t push someone from 800 cal to 1800 cal in one sitting. I speak to my coach once a month.It’s a waste of money

Learned to understand menopause nutrition needs
I went to Body Blueprint because I was committed to a whole food plant based diet, but I couldn't lose weight and after a total hysterectomy for ovarian cancer, I gained weight, while trying to eat healthy foods. Body Blueprint taught me about balancing protein, carbohydrates and fat and making sure to get adequate protein in my diet. I learned a lot and lost over 20 pounds in the process. It is on the expensive side for my budget, but not necessarily for similar programs. I enjoyed the interactions with my coach, Katie and felt supported and encouraged.

Body blueprint is to me superior to…
Body blueprint is to me superior to staying on drugs or HRT. I prefer their natural approach using food. Exercise , stress management and weight lifting This was quite an eye opener that it helped my sleeping. I started in March will go the 4 months till July and it was worth the monetary investment. I have gotten more info and help about my post menopausal women’s body and how to improve my symptoms with food exercise and weightlifting than I can imagine. If you are on the fence about doing blue print consider it as a lifetime treat.for you.!

I am grateful that I reached out to Body Blueprint. I was struggling with menopausal symptoms and not being able to lose weight. I met with Jane and she listened to all of my concerns and struggles.
