Unprofessional
The company will not deliver our tickets, they keep saying they will but they do not. The event is getting closer, still no tickets! They do not respond to any of the emails I have sent. I also run a company, I know I wouldn't be in business very long if I treated my customers in this way. Who doesn't answer their emails? I believe I am being taken for a ride and am $600+ poorer for the trip.
