MISLEADING AND DISHONEST
I purchased 2 tickets and paid extra to be in an area a little closer to the stage, not just the Grandstand. When I got the e-tickets there was a name other than mine and the location was the Grandstand even though I paid $20 more per ticket to get better seats. I think saw that the venue itself was selling tickets for half of what I purchased them for through this site. Such a rip off.

Ordering from Ticketspot was quick and easy; their customer service is fantastic!
I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had ordering my tickets through Ticketspot.com. I ordered last minute tickets to a Phillies - Dodgers game through their site. I was nervous that something would go wrong and I would not receive the tickets prior to the event but they literally e-mailed me the tickets within minutes. I had one small glitch with printing one set of the tickets (I ordered 5 total in two separate sections). I contacted Ticketspot for assistance resolving and their customer service was FANTASTIC! They resolved my issue almost immediately and were both professional and courteous. I will definitely order from this site again.

The show was great and the experience going through TicketSpot was easy.
I would recommend TicketSpot.com to anyone, I had know problems go through this sit. I got my tickets in advance time for the show and they followed up if I had any questions about my tickets. It was a great way to buy my tickets, it was my first time getting tickets with no problems. Thank You.....

THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN MY LIFE
Man I used this site to buy some bulls ticket for my grandson birthday and they took my money and never give me my tickets I called customer service and they said they would call me back and that was on 04-01-2014. And I am still waiting I contacted a lawyer and they said I have a case against them and they didn't refund my money and on top they have very rude service disrespectful And I wouldn't recommend nobody to get rip off

Smooth, fast transaction. No problem
I was initially worried because I wasn't sure how the system exactly works. But I needed to get 5 tickets immediately and decided to go for it. Everything worked fine and I had my valid tickets within couple hours after the purchase.

A great deal!
I've used TicketSpot twice and both experiences were excellent. I purchased tickets to a Yankees game in NYC and a Blue Jays game in Toronto last summer. The tickets were mailed to me quickly and were significantly less expensive than those through MLB.com. I will use TicketSpot again for future sporting events.

LIFE IS GOOD
We really enjoyed the Eagles concert ,,,and the convenience of choosing our seats was great right on front row ,,,even if it was way on top we had such a great view.

Just what I expected
I bought tickets for a St. Louis blues game. The tickets were unbelieveable and were a great value. The whole process was very easy and I received my tickets within days of ordering (they were shipped the same day)! I will come to ticketspot.com first for all my future ticket needs.
