My experience with TicketsReview...
My experience with Ticketsreview was mostly positive, as I received my concert tickets on time. However, a few things raised concerns. Their support number was listed on multiple unrelated websites, which seemed suspicious. Additionally, the tickets were 'transferred' through MyTicketTracker, a platform with several negative reviews accusing it of being a scam or scalper site. I received the tickets as a PDF with poorly written instructions, and I wasn’t informed that my tickets were for Will Call until I contacted support. Overall, the transaction was secure, but I’d recommend purchasing from the venue or a verified seller if you're in a rush. Greater transparency about the source of the tickets would improve the experience.

USE ANOTHER SITE
I mean ya, I got a ticket to the show, but I paid double of what my friends did using a different website. The fees that ticketsreview.com will charge you are the same price as the ticket itself. They charge a $10 "delivery fee" delivery for what? To email me a QR code? Terrible experience and will never buy from this site again.

Their customer service is top-notch, and they went out of their way to ensure that I was able to secure the perfect tickets for the event I wanted to attend.What really impressed me was how proactive they were in getting me the tickets I wanted. They were able to get me access to tickets before other sites even had them available, which was incredibly helpful. BUYER BEWARE OF TICKETSREVIEW.COM!!!!
BUYER BEWARE OF TICKETSREVIEW.COM!!!!On 8/22/22, we purchased 2 tickets to see Vince Gill/Amy Grant Christmas show at the Ryman Theatre in Nashville. This was for our 24th anniversary. Ticket purchase was approved and my card was charged. The email said that I would “receive instructions on how to download digital tix on 12/18/22”. We planned our trip booking hotels and drove the 12 hours to get to Nashville. Last night, 12/16 I received an email saying, “your tickets to Vince Gill have been refunded”. I called immediately and after a 20 minute hold I was told that yes indeed my tickets were not available and they were refunding my money. Well that’s all well and good except that we just drove 12 hours incurring a lot of cost and expense with rooms and reservations to see this show. His response was “I’m sorry our supplier did not come through with the tickets“. Again these were purchased in August and the show was scheduled for December 20th. I am so disappointed and angry that a company can operate like this and get away with it. Again I say when dealing with TICKETSREVIEW.COM…BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Before you buy there
Before you buy there, make sure to check out all other websites where you regularly buy tickets. Because the prices for tickets are super high compared to other websites. I didn't research enough and bought ticket for $360 but it cost was around $60 on AXS for example. So do you research before you buy please.

Bought very expensive tickets here
Bought very expensive tickets here, found tickets for half the price and half the fees on another website. Tried to cancel this purchase 5 minutes after completing it but they have no refunds. The second time I called to cancel (they hung up on me the first time) the gentleman was very polite and apologetic when he explained I should have read terms and conditions. Won’t buy tickets here again.

Good prices, very good service
Ticketsreview was very helpful! When I bought my concert tickets from Ticketsreview, I was going through many ticket websites available. When I came upon Ticketsreview, I was surprised. I purchased my tickets so I could see Jimmy Buffett alive. The customer service was excellent. I had a little trouble with and made an error in ordering and I was contacted , the error was corrected and after and I was offered my seats.I would highly recommend this service and I look forward to using them again.

Great buying experience and customer service!
Ticketsreview is awesome! I usually buy my tickets through another company and last month, I ordered tickets to a concert which they didn't have but Ticketsreview did. Long story short, the customer service was helpfulwhen I called to buy tickets to the day of the event. I was impressed . I purchased tickets to another concert last week and everything was good. A little nervous not to know specific seat location/numbers, but when we arrived at the concert venue that same day, we had the best in the house. I would use this service again based on this experience.

it's a scam
They took my money (almost double face amount of ticket) promising row 5 seats. When the tickets arrived they were for the 12th row - no notice from the company that they didn't have the seats I ordered, no refund of course. Never again.
