The tire cover that came didn't match the color as it appeared on the website so I contacted Holland Bar Stool. They responded immediately and I was able to exchange the product easily. They even sent the replacement before I'd sent the original back. Sadly, I've come to expect no customer service from any online seller and was delighted to have responsive humans reply to my emails!
Update: I received a response from Customer Service after my review on Trustpilot. A new cover was produced and shipped out immediately. It looks and fits great and meets the specifications that I originally ordered.Good recovery Tire Covers. Thank you. Original review:First off, I really love the tire cover. The material appears to be made from high quality material and the graphics are spot on.I purchased my college alma mater to go on my Jeep Wrangler. Tirecovers.com offered a "security package" with grommets and a security cable for an additional charge. Unfortunately, the tire cover arrived without the added grommets or the cable. Attempts to return/replace the product have been unsuccessful. It has been almost 2 weeks and 6 follow-up emails, with no return email. I can't even put the tire cover on my Jeep because I cannot return it after it has been placed over the spare tire. Worthless product if I cannot even use it.
