FRAUD - Money lost - no response
Upfront payment, but no delivery within six month.Finally I got a credit note - but received never any payment. More or less no response on emails. Money lost.

they are dishonest. I ordered sieves and a hopper, which never arrived.Jens just doesn't respond to emails.I could forget my money, a few hundred euros

Don’t order anything
Don’t order anything! After payment the communication abruptly stops! The probability of delivery is 50 %. If not delivered after four month latest activate the buyer protection, otherwise you never see your money again! Worst purchase experience ever! We will take legal action, we have good connections in Portugal. Our contacts are already informed.

No delivery or response
I placed an order for a glass hopper on October 4th 2020. Payment was taken immediately but I never received the order. All email or other ways of contact is ignored.The website is being updated so there is clearly activity.I am considering legal actions by now and can only suggest not to place an order with Torr Toys.

DO NOT BUY FROM TORR!!
So I love torr tampers. I’ve had three previously. But now it would appear they are just scamming people.Ordered August last year, I’ve not received anything. All my emails have been ignored. Phone number on website not available. That’s hundreds of euros I’ve lost. PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM TORR TOYS AND LOSE YOUR MONEY

No reply to emails, they are out of business or are doing a really bad job... Contact telephone on their website is out of order, very strange. Would not recommend ordering as there is a good chance you will never see your order being delivered.

Worst Company... no order status... agree to other comments 100%. Any rate is too much! "-5 stars"I asked several times without reply. At least only an answer "please confirm. wait for 2-3wks"... nothing.100% not trustable

Torr Toys Consumer Alert!
Review February 9, 2021: I placed an order at wwwtorrtoyscom for one of the Torr Toys Glass Hoppers offered on its store website at a cost of $447 USD on Jan. 6, 2020. When I placed the order, Torr Toys store website indicated orders would be shipped around end of January 2020. Not seeing any order status updates posted after a month I became concerned and sent an email to Torr Toys inquiring about the status of my order. The canned response I received was: “Please wait for the update or check also the website every now and then, we will inform.” I waited and as time went on, I never found any order status updates on Torr Toys website. Therefore, I sent additional follow up emails to Torr Toys inquiring about order status. Torr Toys CEO, Jens Rufenach, responded a couple of times and provided nothing but excuses and strung me along for months with promises never met and finally no response to further emails regarding fulfillment of my order. I researched Torr Toys customer reviews here in the U.S. and found many similar complaints regarding this company and its CEO, Jens Rufenach. Several consumers complained of unfulfilled orders or wrong merchandise received. So, after receiving nothing but excuses, false assurances, and broken promises from this company I have nothing to show for my prepaid $447 order! Anyone considering doing business with Torr Toys in 2021 and beyond should think twice whether they want to risk being defrauded like I was. Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing business with Torr Toys, it is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have attempted to do business with ever!* March 24, 2021 REVIEW UPDATE: After posting my earlier Trustpilot review above and notifying Torr Toys that I was considering contacting local authorities in Portugal & the U.S. regarding filing charges of “Wire Fraud” against Torr Toys & its owner(s), I was offered a “substitute order” (different color hopper) that I reluctantly agreed to accept and which was finally delivered on March 15, 2021. It was either that, or risk receiving nothing after having already waited over a year for my original order placed Jan 6, 2020.I really do like Torr Toys custom designed & manufactured products… Sadly the company has issues with product delivery and no proactive customer communications. Not sure what is going on there…it’s certainly no way to run a business, assuming its still in business! Given my experience with Torr Toys, I would never buy online from Torr Toys again. I would only consider buying Torr Toys products if I were at an independent shop that stocks Torr Toys goods that I could physically purchase in person.Therefore, if your contemplating purchasing through “Torr Toys online store” be forewarned that it poses a “high risk situation” of ever receiving what you ordered. Buyer beware!

All went perfect
All went perfect, even more...I contacted Jens from Torr Toys for advice an order, choose the wood from the stock, and received one week after a fantastic looking tamper with a wonderful flamed pernambucco ! Love it everyday ! Communication went smooth (but I received all the mails in spam) and nice. Thank you Jens !

Do NOT buy from this company!I made an order at the very start of December 2019.It's now April 2020, and my order wasn't delivered or any of my emails responded to. Not even a quick reply to explain the delay.I had to request a refund from PayPal, because the company wouldn't reply to my refund request. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company.

Delivered tamper with another wood and…
Delivered tamper with another wood and without gold shim. They confirmed that they have not the wood on stock and they will deliver as soon as some will be produced... I have contacted them several times and now there is no response... one year passed away :) Marek

Never received my order, never received any response
I placed an order for an IMS nanotech filterbasket several weeks ago. I noticed that the adress was incorrect in the order confirmation e-mail, so I contacted Torr Toys to ask them to correct it. I got no response. After that, some time passed and I had not heard a thing. The order confirmation mentioned that I would receive an e-mail notifying me as soon as my order is shipped, but I never got such an e-mail. I decided to contact them again and asked for and status update regarding my order while at the same time asking them whether they corrected my address. I still got no response. Thereafter I contacted Torr Toys through PayPal, since I placed the order using PayPal. I filed an issue with my payment to Torr Toys through PayPal. After almost a week I still have not heard anything from Torr Toys, so I decided to escalate the issue with Torr Toys through PayPal and right now I am waiting for PayPal to decide on the issue.Since I have gotten no response on any attempt to get in contact with Torr Toys, it seems to me that the store does not exist or at least does not operate anymore. I strongly advice everyone not to order from Torr Toys as I suspect they will not send your oder. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
